my gf took very little convincing but at first i must say i was a bit tricky "should i take prohormones or testosterone? prohormones seem to make me moody and hurt my liver but test i have to use a needle!" she was like, whatever you do don't get moody!

the rest is history, she loves the gains more than i do lol

I like this approach. I'll go into all the ancillary shit you have to take with PHs to combat sides, the liver side, etc.....Scare her into the lesser of 2 evils lol

Does anyone have a shake before workouts? Usually i'll eat 2 hours before a workout because I feel too full to go after an hour...

My preworkout meal today was 45g whey protein, 1/2 cup gluten free oats, teaspoon of flax seed, 1/2 banana (blended)

1 hour and 15 minutes later I was on the stairmaster warming up and felt great!

I usually workout first thing in the morning. I do a pre-workout 30 minutes before and add in 15gm of peptopro to it. Then during the workout I drink peptopro/waxy maize 30gm/30gm mixture. 45gm hydro whey directly after with some green drink and then 1 hour later when I get to work I eat a solid meal, usually 12oz of chicken or steak and some veggie/fruit.

Weight is up at 228 this morning, feeling great!

I've been putting on some size and dropping BF although the cut is slowing down alot. I will decrease calories this week and see how it treats me

An old friend of mine that I used to wrestle with invited me to his olympic weightlifting club. I might go give it a try! I think I might be interested... Obviously technique and form is key and I have never done any snatches power cleans, etc. but i'm looking forward to this.

Back today was pretty good, worked bent-over rows up to 275 2 sets of 6 which is a PR for me!

I`ll take a couple photos and post em ;)

We discuss mobility here and there. i remember a few days ago Burly brought up something about injuries and so on.

I'm pretty sure a lot of the members really go hard in the gym, I mean some of you are squatting 500 lol! But i'm also convinced most of you guys are not taking care of yourselves properly, mobility and flexibility wise.

Many could add 15 pounds on their squat/ eliminate knee pain without going to the gym for a week by working on hip and ankle mobility and working on calf, hams and quab flexibility.

for those of you who never stretch or work mobility, you should take a look at MOBILITY WOD, get some work in those hips and ankles (and shoulders) all you need is maybe 10 minutes a day!

JM , fyi for the first time I just had a tren cough I thought I was going to have to dial 911 for, holy fuck did my inj in the nude and was taking deep deep breaths for these uncontrollable coughs, so bad I ran and put my underwear on in case in needed to go to emerg lmao. glute shot, only 40 tren mixed with some mast and test. crazy, crazy, the shot after that one, nothing

my guess is thickness, each take a shot from the side, maybe with a ruler so there is something to guage by, or a chest measurement,

Thanks for all the feedback, I came in weighing 208-209. As for the 40 pds, I know you are definetly leaner than I am, also funny thing is I have a fking huge head!! Cap size is always the biggest in the store :P... No matter how big I get, my head will always me look small ... My girl figured that out when I lied down on her lol. Other than that, maybe thickness like OD says?

I will go at the middle of the thigh and straight around it, standing up. Not sure it's the way to do it but it gives an idea..

for the thigh, measure from middle of kneecap, to the top of the femur, find the middle and measure around there. that way you'll be both at exactly the same spot

At the end measurements and weight is good but the mirror/pictures tell you what's up :P

40 years ago, average male height was 5'8". Today it is 5'10. By the time I am 80 and have shrunk to 5', the average height will likely be 6'.

Great shape, waist to shoulder structure, etc. I'm jealous, since my even at my height, my waist would only hit 30" if I was contest-ready lean (for a guy my height, that's not real small) and my structure just isn't set up for the sought after V shape.

Abs look no worse off than before you started packing on the pounds. Impressive.

Great shape, waist to shoulder structure, etc. I'm jealous, since my even at my height, my waist would only hit 30" if I was contest-ready lean (for a guy my height, that's not real small) and my structure just isn't set up for the sought after V shape.

Abs look no worse off than before you started packing on the pounds. Impressive.

I am always jealous of the guys that naturally have a hard-v. Even when my waste is 'small' after a cutting phase, it still is wider than that image.

same here.....im prob a 36inch waist and thats being lean......my shoulders are big n wide or else id be very square.......alot of people play the genetics card, but this is where it legitimately is a factor for you and him and others

gotta agree with DJ, my arms and legs are pretty long thus, making them look smaller than they really are, on the other side I can pack on a little more fat and it wont show a lot. Some guy at the gym is about 5'5 or 5'6, works hard and looks good, his arms and legs look big from far away but when I get close to him and we compare, they look pretty small, same thing for legs. He also looks like he's got a little stomach under his tank... the guy has a nice six pack lol...

Same. Just gotta do the best with the genetic hand we were dealt. I think the challenge, though frustrating at times, makes us better in the end. Heck, look at some of the "genetically superior" Mr. Olympias from the past... Lee Haney had some great genetics, but his arms never really were up to par with everything else. Dorian had a much blockier structure, not one that was representative of Olympian genetics in my opinion, yet he was still the best on stage for reasons beyond his natural structure. Those guys were working on perfecting their "imperfections", just on a much higher level than us.

Since I have the afternoon off, i'll post today's leg workout in advance.

Warm Up will be 10 mins of stairmaster followed by hip and ankle mobility work maybe 5 mins

1. Lying leg curls 3x12

2. Front Squats (replacing squats to front squats) 12-10-8-6-20 (reps) + 2 or 3 warmup sets

3. Lunges 3x8

4. leg extensions 3 sets with leg curls 3 sets

5. Finish off on the bike at the maximum level for 5 minutes! (Ouch!)

(I'll be doing a deadlift session this W/E so i'll blast hamstrings then)

Workout was good, worked my way up to 250 for 6 on the front squat... I'm new to this so it felt weird but I'll definitely stick to those for a while to improve!

Hips and ankles were extremely tight so I had a hard time finishing the workout but made it through!

I'll stretch for at least 30 mins tonight before bed...

Had a real hard time keeping my eating good in the past few days... Hunger is intense, i'll eat my regular meals every 2.5 hours but right after a meal, i'll be even more hungry lol... EQ is really a pain for that eh! Had been eating on plan for 10 days so I decided to get my cheat on :p... Went over to 5guys, had myself a double cheese bacon, fries and a hot dog. Felt like god was speaking to me though food!! I really could have eaten another burger...


Changed alot of the chicken I was eating for cod and tilapia. Really feels like you're eating nothing lol...

weighing 225 feeling very tight so things are pretty good although light increase in BP.

I'm 5 weeks in and 20 pounds heavier. Although cutting down is a success until now, i'm having a hard time going further since i'm hungry all the time lol..

Another objective i have would be to up my lifts some more, start repping 375 on squats 10 or more, 405 for deads 315 on bench... Get use to heavier sets...

feeling good, lots of energy but I would say loss of a bit of libido since I started the letro.. Any word on that issue?

Reminds me of my return to the gym after a multi-year absence... ran clean for a couple months while getting acclimated, and ate more... went from 155 to 168. Then stumbled onto PPs site, ran tbol-lv, not expecting much.... shot up to 185 in 6 or 8 weeks. Waited 8 weeks, ran it again... was 200-205 (but fat). Still whittling off the fat from that... lol

Starting to see the serratus anterior ... getting leaner!

Also, veins are pretty visible on quads which is new for me... pinning there is so fun now :D

From my personal experience, the tbl/eq/test cycle is pretty mild but i'm really liking it! the gains look natural yet I feel hard as a brick! lots and lots of vascularity and good workouts. Very minimal sides (hunger! little oily skin). Takes a while to kick in but it is worth it!

I`d love to use masteron on top of that but it'll be for a next run!

Anyone who needs more info on how it is just ask :)

My friends piss turned totally dark tan on tbol, he said no matter how much water it stayed dark and he always felt thirsty... Also it killed his libido... Good gains tho, what're your thoughts on that? Lol

Cool drug! Takes a while to kick. Pumps are amazing so is strength (sets of bench press are up at 315 for 6-8 reps), i don't lnow about gains until a few weeeks from now... I'll keep you posted.. Oh, and you feel hard like a rock all the time!

That dark urine sounds like kidney problems? I would have stopped.. Really is not normal and kidneys do not heal over time like the liver... I didnt get any sides, i was probly lucky but it's supposed to mild

aas is different strokes for different folks type thing
jm loves tbol, alot of guys get nada out of it..........eq and var are the same.......even test some react well to a lil, or alot, tren sides come one differently with each user......fkn dbol killed my hunger oddly in my exp, loved var......each guy aromatizes differently........all comes with practical exp and figuring out where you sit

Work hard and be extra focused at getting more than the usual work done daily... and at the same time, make sure your boss knows you're a quiet and easy going guy that leads a disciplined life as a bodybuilder. That's what I made sure of, and now I can eat every 2 hours without a problem at work :)

I have an office job. I eat when I'm hungry. Vaynez has a good point, if they question it just tell them you have a strict eating schedule. I can't imagine why it would be a problem but I guess you never know.

My boss and co-workers know I'm a Powerlifter and I've always eaten multiple times a day. I warm my food up in the kitchen then go back to my office and work while I eat.

I leave with 3 meals and a shake to work. I'll add the broccoli in the morning before I leave. Everything is frozen. I'll defrost 3 meals the night before so they are good to go in the morning. Kind of a pain to do this but it's so much better than doing it every evening!

I think you can keep your stuff 2-3 days for sure in the fridge. Won't be as fresh but eh!

I cook all mine and my wife's meals on Sundays. I typically make enough food to last me till Thursday, then I'll take left overs to work one of the days. My food keeps good in the fridge. I used to cook ever damn morning, but that became a huge pain the the a, so I stopped that. I only do that if I have to. We came back from vacation yesterday, still went to the groceries, and came back and cooked and cleaned! Someone has to do it!

Folding clothes licks balls, but I don't do that. Washing dishes isn't too bad since I can't stand to have dirty dishes laying in the sink. My wife really lucked out there! I wash dishes every night, and cook sometimes, but she usually cooks dinner since I don't get home from the gym till 7:30.

First day at new job was good! people didn't really mind the eating, I would just gobble down meals in 4 minutes lol... Gym after that was decent. I'm training at a new gym. "biggest gym in north america" is what they claim.. Anyways it is fking huuuge, I'm like a kid in a candy store, everything I need, they have! Guys there are enormous. At 225, i'm a little over average (interesting change of things. That will motivate me like nothing else!)

Pumps and fullness is down a bit with the tbol clearing my system. Any guys wanna give me their thoughts on adding a little tren in my run? I would lower the test obviously but keep the eq up there... This is only an idea, nothing planned already. I could have the tren by tomorrow. Waiting to hear from you guys;)

Did a few sets of deadlifts at 475 with some 270 pds guy, ego was through the roof lol, managed to keep good form though, like Ryan says, training with new guys that are really strong will make you step your game.

This is very true! Good to see your taking the right steps to upping your game. I personally don't care about my size much, just as long as I can out lift guys that have 70-100#s on me.

I miss that. Not only will it make you step up your game, but they'll call you on your form n shit, too. God, I hate working out solo.....but not as much as I hate working out with someone who wants to half-ass it.

iv worked solo for as long as i can remember, yeah here n there might get lucky and someone is hitting same shit at the same time, but its rare...........loud tunes, caffeine, and hopefully that 'push' is all i can hope for, last night wasnt really there, other days yeah.....plus now its the summer here, too much to do.....i always look my best in fkn january under a winter coat haha, all the power to you jm, im hitting point calumet while you are dead lifitng haha

Major loss in strength and weight since tbol... That stuff was the bomb, really lol!

Lost a couple of reps on my regular sets, some weight, seems like I lost some ''delt fullness''... they are less round, anyways...
If you want my opinion, tbol is a great compound. Great pumps and strength. Will also fill you up some more!

I would def use it again...

Weight is now at 222-223

I'll third that. I like masteron.

As for adding in tren as an after thought to an already established cycle with no preparation of ancillaries for it, I wouldnt. Tren can ruin your day, week and year if you dont respect it and plan your cycle out well in advance. You shouldnt even consider starting it without raloxifene, letrozole, PCT drugs (clomid etc), HCG and some BP meds on hand as a bare minimum.

ED drugs are also handy for when you are shut right down coming off it for months on end! If you are prone to acne and young, accutane is useful too to stop your back and face looking like a pizza.

Decided to keep on running test and eq solo... Got some more t so i'll just up the dose to where I feel good. The other goodies will be for later, infamy and you guys are right, better off sticking to plan.

Since last pictures I posted, I probably lost a little more fat. From here on out i'll lower my reps a lot rest a little more on compound lifts.

I'll be away on a camping trip until sunday so i'll give you some news when i'm back. Don't worry i'm bringing all my food with me hehe ;P

I`ll upload some pics in a few days, traps and abs have improved a lot in the past weeks... It`s really hard to maintain a routine that focuses on everything so every 2 weeks i change a couple exercises to blast one particular part. Starting to see obliques in the mid section and 4 abs on 6 lol :P getting there..

What brand are you using? I assume the needle was fresh (It always should be). I use Terumo for both my slin pins and interchangeables, and seem to have consistently sharp pins.

Try strict standing BB overhead presses. These have developed my shoulder thickness and my triceps tremendously.

Havnt posted in a while, got real busy at work these past few weeks, but i've been going all out in the gym!

Everything is getting stronger except for biceps... For some reason, I have a hard time hitting bi's for more than 8 sets... Light heavy you name it.. Really bothers me... Neone experience weaker bi's ?? Triceps are way better btw

Just a little update to finish everything off good...

Starting pct in one week! Feeling pretty good about it, got up to about 230 on this cycle and I am now at 223-224. I'll be starting school in 2 weeks so the routine will make it pretty easy to get regular meals in and workouts. I'll keep you guys updated on weight changes.

in addition to what I use right now omega-3, vit C, Magnesium and multi-vit, I'll use creatine, glutamine, tribulus /fenugreek/ and a test booster (got for free from a friend). I'll stick to a clean diet throughout pct and train 4-5 times a week with a little less volume.

So it's been about 3 weeks...

Nothing out of the ordinary up till now.

endurance in the gym has gone down quite a bit although strength is still pretty good. cut down gym time from 1:20-30 to about 50 min-1 hour.

I def need more sleep!

Started eating some more meat, in the morning too.

I gotta be honest, I keep on thinking about going back on and cruising for a while but i know i am too young to start that lol.

I'll go get some blood work in about a month when things are ''supposed'' to get slowly back to normal.

Found a picture of me 2 years will post beside picture of me now hehe

Derekh, If I were to change anything, I would have used a little more test. EQ is a decent but VERY MILD drug (from what I felt at least). Sides were really limited to oily skin so if you are looking to avoid sides EQ would be a good choice. Definitely a good stack for beginners imo. I noticed while on EQ, vascularity, better cardio but not much more than that. Since I ran it in addition to tbol, it would be hard for me to tell you which compound gave me more mass building effect although when I dropped the tbol, (which I loved) strength went down a bit and so did weight (2-3 pds).

I never really had problems with joints so it's hard for me to tell if the compound would improve such a thing but nothing got worse so I am guessing that would not be an issue. Also, EQ is not a dry drug so joint pain should not be an issue unless you stack it with ex, winstrol etc.

Hope that covers what you were asking but don't hesitate if you got more questions ;)
