Haha, I generally do eat fairly clean...Breakfast is usually always 6-7 hardboiled eggs (amount of yolks I eat changes often), lunch is usually chicken and rice, somewhere in between usually isnt so clean, then dinner of protein based + good carb source, Pre bed is usually my worse eating, where I just eat whatever I see.

But I am not really on a diet right now, so I often have some pretty disgusting cheat meals lol.

It was midnight and this wasn't meant to be one of my biggest meals of the day. Was just something extra. This was followed up by 1/2 cup of cottage cheese at 1:00am and then bed.

No pics cause uploading from my phone sucks. But I just smashed 3 tuna melts......

Dave's killer wheat bread, one had low fat mozz other 2 with chèvre.

Tuna was no salt in water with spicy brown mustard, pepper, yellow onions, and dill pickles.

I'm on a tuna melt kick at the moment. I miss miracle whip but the mustard is bomb.

Just wanted to bump this thread and I'll start posting some of my meals.
I try and eat as clean as possible but large amounts of it. I have no problem downing 4 pounds of food in one sitting and still want more after.

I'd say with your goals in mind that you should eat it as is, and skip the starchy carbs, bro.

2 lunches I should say because I'd pound that in one sitting for dinner or post workout.
Looks damn good either way.
Did you eat it all in one go?

Looking at your meal I just realized I need to start using more frozen veggies because it speeds things up and adds color to meals.

Steak eggs and fruit is just about the perfect meal for me.
I know what you mean about eating then Eating another meal not long after.
I was completely stuffed earlier but instill crammed half a watermelon down then a scoop of protein, and a few slices of turkey.

Whenever we go out to eat, there is a 75:25 situation that presents itself. 25% of the time, my girlfriend finishes her meal. 75% of the time, we leave with me wondering how I just killed an entree and a half with no regrets.
