Back from the gym where i've seen in the past week or so, a guy squatting 5 plates for about half an inch, a guy squating on his toes?? a guy squatting with his back parallel to the floor and many more possibilities of ''Gym Fail compilation" situations (like on youtube)..

This video gave me an instant 15 pounds on my squat

i'm sure this can help everyone out there, even the more experienced!

I love this entire series! Same for, So you think you can bench, and So you think you can deadlift. I will watch these videos over and over. I really love the detail they give in each video!

even ct fletcher has a vid about turning traditional bb'ing movements into power movements simply by overloading the exercise

at the end of the day its bout heavy weight for growth

then later worry bout volume n stuff
put those lagging parts under serious duress and theyll grow

Loved this series also! Saw some problems I think i'm making myself so I can't wait for squat day to try and correct it. Most definitely gotta watch the others!
