I've been using it the past week, and the tingle IS big, and it does raise noticeably raise the octane rating of my PWO drink.

I've tried up to 4 little scoops PWO and holy shit ! It's really good stuff as I've noticed it moving through my body in about 12 mins after drinking. A real freaky feeling.

I've been trying it mixed with orig Jack 3d for a few weeks and it really helps get things going in the gym.

Glad I am stocked up with PP brand BA, good deal here.

As was mentioned - the tingling is pretty cool. I also noticed a decent reduction in lactic acid (especially when doing cardio) and it seems like it contributes to faster recovery between sets.
