This is what I am dealing with right now. This kid dragged the bench away from the free weights to press infront the squat rack. Worse than curling in it if you ask me.

Didn't confront him as I have too much DHT circulating in me pre workout.

HA HA HA!!! Gotta be one in the gym at all times! I've got the same issue. Dude pulls this same move on Mondays, so I have to Sqat on Thursdays now.. Same guy that takes a 65lb dumbell to rest his arm on so he can Wrist curl a 20.

Is a Retro. Sad thing is It's the closest thing to a real lifters gym in town. Sadly they recently reconstructed the theater room to move in more equipment. Instead of an extra rack or bench, they added a row of atleast 12+ new cardio machines. We don't need 30+ cardio machines when not half get used at any given time.

you should have just gone and thrown some plate on that bar and started doing squats as he laid there. Eat a shit load of beans the night before your next leg day so you can gas him also.

Not really about confrontations and my aggression has been elevated significantly from the stano, and I find myself a little short lately. The kids around here with the mentality to block the squat rack so they can dumbell press(when there is a designated area for that) are the same kids who will want to prove something. Some kind of privileged ego bull shit attitude. I don't need any run-ins with the local PD either, and my first assault charges will not and are not ment for that kid.

Bench may have already been over there from someone using it on the smith machine, but dude still had to carry the dumbbells over there, and had the mentality that he could take up that while area, all while doing some super set with like 3 other exercises. God knows how long he was there before I came to the gym.

This is the same kind of guy that curls right up against the DB rack, in front of the mirror, blocking others from getting the Dumbells they need.

I usually go off on a loud, profanity-laden tirade so they can hear me when they're being discourteous.

Yup, put your BH right on his nose and let one out... Oops, sorry bud, didn't see you there.

I still find it odd that most gyms only have 1-2 squat racks when it is by far the most important piece of equipment in the gym. If I owned a gym I'd have a wall of squat racks but it's a profit thing and I would guess that 80%+ of a gyms members don't use it.

Most gyms cater to a fitness crowd that doesn't even know what a squat is.

Everyone knows if you want to loose weight you just have to use the stationary bike.

You don't need to lift no heavy ass weight with large muscle groups !
