I have been getting dizzy for no apparent reason at random times throughout the day. It starts with a simple movement (turning over in bed) and all of a sudden my head just starts spinning and it throws me way off balance for a few seconds. It all started maybe a few weeks back my first time hitting 405 on the squat. Wasn't so bad at first but now it's just pretty irritating...anyone know what might be wrong with me?

what you are describing sounds like vertigo and is a balance disorder, if it continues go see a doctor.

I came into this thread hoping to see breakdancing videos.

Blockage in the ear canal/ eustachion tube. Even a GP should know how to clear that obstruction.

Could also be sinus pressure causing the head spins. I get it a lot during the spring/fall seasons because of allergies. I pick up some Zyrtec-D (with the pseudoephedrine) and it opens my head right up and the dizziness goes away.

Do you have a hard time hearing what people say on one side?

Was talking with my sister about it, and she brought up how i blast my music with my headphones. Said I might have damaged something.

No allergies are acting up.

No, hearing seems as normal as usual.

some good points that I hadn't considered!

when I first talked to D about it, I thought it might have been BP related...but it checked out ok.

Occam's Razor - Are you eating enough? Could be low blood sugar.
