Anyone here have experience with it? I will be finishing up week one tomorrow and I gotta say i'm pretty excited about completing the whole cycle. If you have ran smolov, is there anything key points I need to look out for? How should my nutrition be? It's my understanding that I should be eating a ton but I actually dropped a meal and I feel fine.

I am pumped to see this log. The plan looks pretty bad ass. I think you ought to shoot to at least have a minimum protein requirement for the sake of recovery if for anything. I am doing high frequency workouts now and recovery is key IMO. I see ice baths in your need future;-).

Haha no log for this one...Don't exactly know what i'm doing so I guess you could say this is like a trial phase. I will however log my second round of smolov. Second round would hopefully consist of daily/weekly updates, pictures of new PRs, pictures of meals, and anything else i'd feel worthy of logging.

I haven't needed an ice bath just yet, but I think you're right about that(:
