What's up, I've been pretty inactive for the past 3 months or so... figured I'd post a list of my daily supps. This is (currently) everything I take, nothing more nothing less. It's been a while since I came off my last cycle (almost half a year) at which I ended with the scale reading 222, I'm currently 216 so I think it's safe to say I know how to maintain my gains.

Here's a huge factor in my ability to hold on to gains...

Sounds like this is working well for you. 216.... I remember when we were working on you hitting 200! Nice going, bud.

Dosages updated. No fish oil meilhighguy. I buy a bottle, finish it, then don't get around to buying another bottle for a while.

at 25 mg a day I doubt it's gonna do much harm in the way of estro sides

I was under the impression that taking 7-Keri orally was pointless due to poor bioavailability? How long have you been taking alphamine? Do you cycle it?

No sides that I've noticed, I take DIM for that purpose.

I haven't been taking DHEA all that long, it's only been two weeks... and I won't run it more than 2 months, even at such a low dose.

I was under the impression that taking 7-Keri orally was pointless due to poor bioavailability? How long have you been taking alphamine? Do you cycle it?

I ran an entire container and started taking it as needed once I opened the second. I take it just about every other day.

Great PreWO.... not much by the way of muscle hardening though, that claim must be an advertising tactic.

Notice anything from the Astaxanthin? I took three bottles worth but didn't notice any out of ordinary effects.

My face looks a bit clearer, I don't have or get many pimples in the first place but I still noticed clearer skin. What brand are you using?

Not really but I dont notice when I take CoQ10 or Fish Oil either.

I rotate these types "wonder" compounds Res-v, Cucurmin, Astaxanthin , Ursolic acid as a matter of budget.

Lots of studies show promise with these compounds
