Yes, it is absolutely, entirely possible to have all the delicious taste of deep dish pizza without crust. I make this all the time, and everyone in the house loves it.

Block of Neufchâtel OR regular cream cheese, softened (I use the Neufchâtel because it has less fat and is softer)
8 large eggs
1/2 cup half and half
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon italian seasoning
2 cups pizza cheese, shredded (I prefer Italian blends)
2 cloves of fresh, crushed garlic (or less, depending on what you like)
1/2 cup pizza sauce (make sure it's low in sugar)
Mozzarella cheese for topping (to desired cheesiness)
Turkey pepperoni
Other toppings of your choice are optional

INSTRUCTIONS (I use a blender for this and it makes it super easy)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine eggs and Neufchâtel/cream cheese in blender and beat together until smooth. Add the half and half, Parmesan cheese, garlic and Italian seasoning and beat together until thoroughly blended.

Grab a large glass baking dish and spray it with cooking spray. Line the bottom with your two cups of pizza cheese. Pour the egg mixture right over top of it, distributing evenly.

Put it in the oven and bake it 30 minutes or until the eggs are set.

Remove from oven and add pizza sauce and additional cheese, turkey pepperoni and other toppings of your choice.

Bake until toppings are done and cheese is bubbly.

Let stand for about 10 minutes and serve.
