OK guys, been doing some high-intensity cardio in the morning combined with long swims in the river and it is working to melt the fat. however i still want to step it up a notch. here are some ideas:
o the zero-carb "definition diet"
o Anabolic/metabolic diet
o modified version of velocity diet with 1 HSM (healthy solid meal) per day after my workout, not using biotest supps obv.

Goal is to improve definition while maintaining/gaining muscle.
any other ideas on what works for fatloss? I am willing to try anything. also SUPP recommendations i have a low tolerance for stims so anything above about 200mg caffeine, 32mg ephedrine and 500mg tyrosine is too much. don't think i'm lean enough for topicals yet though i really wanna try topical clen

I understand wanted more results and faster but if what you are doing is working why change anything? IMO wait until you stall to make modifications. Patience Grasshoppa!

pretty sure I am stalling. calipers seem to think so although my skill with them has never inspired confidence in my own abilities

^this is your answer, to do both, you can't rush. fatloss or muscle gain only would come quicker, and you could surely increase fat loss to up to 3lbs a week, but to do both more quickly would be, and I'll use a term I rarely use, impossible. increasing fatloss will result in 0 muscle gain and likely some muscle loss. Calipers are highly inaccurate and even more so when you administer the tes yourself. Roughly, what are your stats?

Your eyes are a better instrument than calipers, so what does the mirror tell you?

Advice is for entertainment value only and is free, so if you aren't satisfied, there are no refunds.

Calipers say 14-15. will have to get the wife to do it so it might be more accurate.

mirror reports some decent loss. it's also the loss of scale weight that always freaks me out. like i'm not super huge or super cut, so if i'm not going directly 1 direction I tend to get antsy.

Hi Pman,
Stick with your cardio and swimming and watch what you eat. Break meals in small frequent meals and drink more water than routine. Have green tea tea and avoid beverages, soda and even diet soda. Avoid eating late and if feeling hungry then take light snacks before sleeping. Manage stress and have proper sleep.

What are you eating now? Calories/pro/cho/fat? Continue cardio. Decrease carbs or fats.

What ever you are planning, first of all you must have a food scale to get control over calories you are eating.
If you are well aware of what you are eating then it is much better (http://www.myscalestore.com/food-scales/portion-control-scales/) for you. I personally always keep an eye on the nutrition of my food and it is really helpful also.

Use the natural and organic fat burning foods (http://www.ourpatch.com.au/newcastle/categories/fitness-facilities-trainers/businesses/294663-adam-prowse-personal-trainer---maitland-boot-camp/) rather than using the supplements.
Take natural protein along with raw veggies foods for the natural fat burning, this combination also helpful for the muscles building.
You can also use the citrus fruits juices or green tea for your fat burning purposes.

Diet is good thing for fitness. In diet we should eat simple food like raw food, low calorie food, vegetables and fruits. Organic fat burning food is also best to add in diet.
