what's your favorite Post Workout shake?

if you don't use an off the shelf product, what's your personal blend?

PeptoPro. period. 1 tsp before, 1 during, 1 after. or if I'm lazy I take it all before, then just pound a whey shake after. best single product i have ever found for recovery.

Took me several servings to get used to the taste...love this stuff!
Recovery is a breeze if you pound one serving of torrent right when you leave the gym then eat about an hour later

I slam about 6 grams peptopro on my way out the gym, and then drink a shake consisting of whey, carboslin and milk when I get home.

I'm a big fan of torrent too...I like the cherry berry blast the most.

thinking my next preworkout shake will look a lot like Grapes + some rilose, creatine, Leucine, and taurine.

Probably should have added that the peptopro is mixed with Gatorade. I drink the first half intraworkout.

I use amino infusion from RX (PN) intra.

Thank you for posting. I would love to give it a try when I finish up my current bottle of amino infusion.

I have to say that I sometimes miss the intra drink if I am in a rush. Always hit the pre workout drink.

I'm not picky. I generally have 240g turkey on pita and a calorie free powerade post workout. No clue if the powerade does anything, but I sweat a lot after lifting so any extra electrolytes+sodium help me out.

If I don't have anything ready, I'll chug down a shake+rice cakes.

I have the aminos from PN, I usually chug those and have a sccop of PN or TN Isolate with water.
