Rumor has it Lee Priest is now using Synthol..

It would look to be true from this recent shot..Sad to see Lee go down this road, but IMO he's always had alot of mental health issues and alot of personal problems that reflect in his bodybuilding.

Classic reverse anorexia coupled with untreated MH issues. He is one of the most hated men in BBing besides Wolf and has the classic "Mike Tyson" syndrome.

Thoughts?

he didn't use it before? and if you look at other pics, for his age, it's still impressive. he really did have a winning physique but they shit on him cuz of his height. really should have a lot more awards under his belt. i hope he competes in the 212. although i highly approve of flex lewis being the current champ. as long as kevin english doesn't win anymore, i'm happy. kevin english's wins are the biggest joke in bodybuilding i've ever seen. ESPECIALLY being a 212 olympia winner.

i don't know much about the lee priest issues with the IFBB, but it wasn't it he got caught for using drugs basically? or what's the story there.

to quote my man howard stern "anyone who puts a tat on their face has some serious issues"

to quote my man howard stern "anyone who puts a tat on their face has some serious issues"

yea, that part is a little freaky...I mean he looks like one bad SOB but that face tat is crazy

he looks like he is going to pop right at the elbow in those pics...def looks like he has some quality muscle but is it the synthol that makes the transition from the forearm to the bicep look so bloated and constricted? I'm guessing yes... not a big fan of synthol but probably because most of the pics we share/see are of guys who use it incorrectly

Strange shape development, lol.

Either way, Synthol usage by professionals does not bother me at all. From every professional competitor I have spoke to, it is in every competition and as common as steroids.

In the words of datbtrue: "I will never understand why guys on the forum think that injecting an oil with steroids in it is ok, but injecting just an oil is cheating."

I saw him in person in Seoul a couple of weeks ago when he was a special guest at Muscle Mania. Nice enough guy, and i can deal with the tat, but his body is simply grotesque now, imo.

I've never heard anyone who says it is cheating. That would be pretty hypocritical...

My point was, I'm on board with the "to each his own"..I have no issue with people using SEO's if it's for them. It's not for me personally I would never use it bc I just personally don't believe in using them...but what the concern I have is that knowing Lee's history, I just hope he doesn't keep going with this Synthol use and ruin his body. I'd hate to see that happen. I actually really like his physique..it's certainly unique.

The guy is 5'4" and has had 21-22 inch arms for years... they've always looked enormous on him.

As for Lee when he competed... when he was dialed in, he looked amazing.

Wow. This is a surprise. Looking forward to the pics. Doggone those tats though... they really take away from the muscle detail.

Apparently today's tanning solutions should be able to hide it. At least according to the people on Bb.com.

The guy knows how to get into shape, doesn't he? Very very impressive.

Damn impressive!!!!
Would be crazy to walk around in that condition for a day or two and just record people's reactions. Hell I'd probably just wear a speedo everywhere. .

Lee has always been one of my favorites, he gets a bad wrap and is actually a nice guy. When I lived in Arizona I worked ot at the same gym as him wen he lived in Scottsdale. He's a geniunely nice guy in the gym.
