Well, if dosing says 2-3 per day, I dont see point in running 1 per day?

personally, I think its rather poor choice for cycle, injectables and few oral steroids are still best choice, most of these ph's are rubish IMO, and they are not really safer than proper AAS, its probably other way round

PCT, I would always go with SERM first, as they have quite few benefits over so called OTC PCT, supplement companies wanted to make people think how SERMS are really bad- but looking at blood profile after OTC PCT its much worse than with conventional PCT used by majority people here (SERM+ a tiny bit of Exem+ vitamin D+ mixed nuts or tocco 8 or similar, recently I realised that viagra or sidenafil works very well with clomid/nolva so that my be addition in future

Elaborate please my man. In terms of testosterone production or just getting it up?

It amplifies effect of clomid, big time- and increasing testosterone levels much faster than with standard pct.

Sildenafil increases serum testosterone levels by a direct action on the testes - Spitzer - 2013 - Andrology - Wiley Online Library (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.2047-2927.2013.00131.x/abstract)

As you can see it works differently from clomid and it actually even reduces LH as it gets used a lot effectively, and because clomid raises LH to the top nubers one could potentially get serious numbers and in record time
plus it seems that this may have revival effect on Leydig cells

From another website:
Based on the research, acute dosages of Cialis do not have performance-enhancing effects, but new research suggests that Cialis increases testosterone! Researchers had participants perform three 30-second “all-out” sprints to exhaustion and measured testosterone and cortisol responses to exercise. They found that only after Cialis and exercise did testosterone increase, however Cialis also increased cortisol levels. Cialis also lowered the DHEA to cortisol response. The study demonstrates that Cialis increases the “stress” response to the body, but also has some testosterone-enhancing effects as well. It’s interesting that a large dosage of caffeine, which is a weak, non-specific PDE inhibitor, also caused an increase in testosterone and also an increase in cortisol.21 So it seems that Cialis has both positive and negative effects on muscle. Cialis does not directly stimulate testosterone secretion per se, meaning it does not stimulate LH release or SHBG release directly. This is not the first study to find that Cialis raises testosterone:

In a study of 74 patients with erectile dysfunction treated on demand with 50mg of Viagra or 20mg of Cialis for three months, basal levels of total testosterone and free testosterone were at the bottom of the normal range that was reversed after treatment in both groups. Testosterone increase in Viagra-treated cases was significantly lower than in those treated with Cialis, suggested to be due to the higher frequency of full sexual intercourse in the Cialis-treated group.15

Another study reported that the increase in testosterone from taking Cialis is mediated by a reduction in estrogen demonstration that Cialis may have anti-estrogen actions. It was pointed out that the T/estradiol ratio was associated with long-term Cialis treatment. There was no increase in LH levels from Cialis, demonstrating that Cialis did not directly increase testosterone, but indirectly increased testosterone by lowering estrogen.16

One of the primary reasons that many older men have problems “rising to the occasion” is that they have excess estrogen levels. Furthermore, in men with hypogonadism, a low dose of clomiphene citrate (Clomid) is effective in improving testosterone:estrogen ratio, thus giving more long-term benefit for the management of erectile dysfunction in hypogonadal patients.18 It seems that based on the current study, Cialis has similar actions to Clomid by improving T:E ratio.

There is also a decent study that shows Cialis has anti-estrogen capabilites

I am seeing my heart doctor next week and talking to him about everyday Cialis (2.5 mg to 5 mg daily). Benefits include:

Lower blood Pressure
Improvement in Cardiomyopathy (which I have)
Prostate protective / improving

Increased Vascularity
Increased Testosterone
Better Testosterone to Estrogen ratios

and of course taking it every day you get wood like a teenager.

Some literature - this is part of what I gave to my doc to justify him putting me on 5 mg Cialis a day. When that goes through I will let you know the results. I usually get Testosterone tests regularly with my naturopath ( he is awesome about testing) and he knows I do 25 mg Chlomid EOD - so will be interesting to see the effects of this. Anyways here is some literature - sorry all the links broke when I cut and pasted from Word but a google search with the title of the paper in the search (cut and paste) will bring it up on pubmed.

from its inhibition; small clinical trials are finding benefits in heart failure patients related to
multi-organ-targeting, including the heart; and multicenter studies in HF patients with
preserved ejection fraction (eg, Phosphodiesterase-5 Inhibition to Improve Quality of Life

ABSTRACT
Phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE-5) is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolytic degradation of cyclic GMP - an essential intracellular second messenger that modulates diverse biological processes in living cells. Three selective inhibitors of PDE-5 - sildenafil, vardenafil and tadalafil - have been successfully used by millions of men worldwide for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Also, sildenafil and tadalafil are currently approved for the treatment of pulmonary hypertension. Recent powerful basic science data and clinical studies suggest potential nonurological applications of PDE-5 inhibitors, including ischemia/reperfusion injury, myocardial infarction, cardiac hypertrophy, cardiomyopathy, heart failure, stroke, neurodegenerative diseases and other circulatory disorders including Raynaud's phenomenon. Future carefully controlled clinical trials would hopefully expedite their expanding therapeutic use in patients with cardiovascular disease.

Article in Italian but Abstract pertinent
Phosphodiesterases are a class of proteins that primarily modulate intracellular levels of cyclic nucleotides such as cGMP and cAMP. Phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) is mainly involved in the smooth muscle cell cGMP inactivation. Chemical inhibition of PDE5 has recently become a valid therapeutic option of nitric oxide pathway potentiation via cell cGMP availability. More specifically, PDE5 inhibition appears successful for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension. Additional intriguing therapeutic properties are a protective effect on the myocardium through antihypertrophic and antiapoptotic mechanisms and on vascular function by improving endothelial responsiveness and tolerance to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. These effects imply a potential usefulness in the treatment of coronary artery disease and heart failure. Evidence currently available for considering PDE5 inhibition an additional therapeutic opportunity in cardiovascular disorders is provided.

Blood Pressure / Hypertension
All PDE5 inhibitors are associated with lowering blood pressure. There is a lot of research on Right Ventricle dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension – which I don’t have but it shows that it is a cardioprotective drug with beneficial effects. CARE HAS TO BE TAKEN RE BLOOD PRESSURE – MINE CAN ALREADY GET LOW

Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor that was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2009 for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
By selectively inhibiting PDE-5, tadalafil causes nitric oxide-mediated vasodilation in the pulmonary vasculature. Tadalafil has a greater affinity (10,000-fold) for PDE-5 compared with the other PDE inhibitors and has a t(½) of 17.5 hours.

EXPERT OPINION:
All PDE5-i are equally effective and safe for the treatment of ED. On-demand use of any PDE5-i is also safe for patients with comorbid conditions. Tadalafil seems to be the preferred drug by patients and physicians, probably due to its peculiar pharmacological profile that makes sexual intercourse more spontaneous for the patients. Preliminary data suggest that the use of vardenafil may also be beneficial in cases of ED associated with premature ejaculation. Daily treatment is another option in men with ED and documented vascular or prostate disease
