Good supplement against prostate enlargement

I'm prone to prostate enlargement and I had these problems with Andromass and Androhard v2 and v3.

This problem is really an issue from these products because when I stop them, troubles disapear after few days.
What is happening is that I wake up each night to piss.... up to 3x/night for a 7h sleep! It sucks....

Do you know a good and efficient supplement to counter these side effects?

Saw Palmetto helps, but it also inhibits DHT conversion, if I'm not mistaken, which is not great. New Chapter had some supplement that people loved, forgot the name. Stinging nettle root is supposed to be good and offer other benefits, although I've never personally tried it for that purpose.

Cernitin (pollen extract) would be a good one to try as well. from the clinical trials it can actually shrink prostate size.

i'm sure you know this, but whatever you do, avoid the prescription 5-AR inhibitors

Thanks for the info. For the moment I try nettle root and saw palmetto and it seems to be fine, even with 1000mg of Stanodrol.

Another interesting possibility is to go on 5 mg Cialis (Tadalafil) daily. It has been shown to increase testosterone

which of course is a nice side effect - along with improve the ease of getting a woodie - but the 5 mg a day tadalafil is a treatment for Lower Urinary Tract Symptons like frequent urination.

Keeping E2 under control usually resolves problem with prostate, and IMO its best route as lot of stuff that is used to treat enlarged prostate has sides.
