Interesting. Of course rat and human studies, while having crossover, do not entirely have direct application. 30% increase in muscle mass is pretty significant.

I could be wrong here, but I think human physiology has more (or stronger) feedback loops to prevent hypertrophy beyond a body's setpoint. However, I do believe that setpoint can be altered through AAS usage.

Drawing from personal experience, training naturally after a long (years) absence from the gym, I was able to increase strength and size significantly, but still not anywhere close to the degree I was developed during my AAS usage from years previous.

You idiots are too much, lol.

I do believe that the body is altered in more ways than just increased size/strength from AAS usage. Especially chemicals other than plain test.

I know for a fact that I felt different ever since using tren for the first time. Not good or bad... just different.

More "science" from those whose obvious prejudices prevent them from remembering "correlation does not equal causation"

Excellent post.

Personally, I see AAS something as an occult power from mythology- could even compare it to the ring from "Lord of the rings"; it has lot of power that can be used to gain lot of benefits, but it can be used only few times, after that- one becomes consumed by it and that is when things go wrong way.

Are AAS good and bad? Neither, it depends on who and why is using them- lot of people forget that they are used as medicine, but also lot of people dont know stories about Soviet bloc athletes and their sad destiny.

It's hard to put a finger on. Workouts feel different.
Like muscles have been 'turned on' so they can work better, get fuller. At the same time, Sperwer may be going down the right path and it could be a mental thing. Being in the right mindset makes a huge difference.

Then again, the stupid tumor in my head could have been effected and that could be what I'm feeling.

i thought it was well now that even just one steroid cycle would permanently increase the nuclei on the surface of the muscle cell making it easier for the muscle to expand quicker and larger than bfor. the androseries even touched upon this in their write ups.
