Ketogenic sub forum ?

Just a thought H2S. A few people seem to be interested. Maybe a paleo sub forum too. I'm trying to learn as much as I can on both of these topics as well. Thanks.

It would probably be better to start a thread called "The official Paleo thread" or "The official Ketogenic thread" in the nutrition subforum, and if they get enough interest I will make them a sticky. I am hesitant to add more subforums because if a forum gets too many subforums, the flow of communication through it becomes weakened (especially since we have such a small community at this point).

If the interest in those threads becomes overwhelming, then I will expand it into a subforum.
