Hey Crew-

Did one of these on PP, but the question re-arrose for a different reason. If you could design your ultimate pre-workout...what would it include and why?

Makes my stomach turn just reading about combining milk and oj.

Honestly, I really really like All-In. I don't use stims except for maybe caffeine if I am exhausted from work.

I haven't used All-In for a little while, but I always mixed it with peptopro.

No I wish. I just know it would be dank. If anyone finds it.. That should be an exception to the no source rule.

I'm about to start sending requests in to UGLs though, I see it's available on some powder sites

I am pretty happy with All-In as a base add 3-400mgs of caffeine, maybe some green tea extract and a simple carb. Make it taste like a Samuel Smith Organic Chocolate Stout and I am a customer for life
