View Full Version : Vince's Epi-Andro rx and Xosterone Run

What's going on guys? Sorry it's been forever since I've been able to post. I've been going back and forth to the Philippines and working some crazy hours but I'm back.

Now I think it's time to run this epi-andro and Xosterone I've been sitting on for a bit.
SoCal nutrition provided the Xosterone for me to be able to do this stack, so thank you!

Ok a little about my cycle:
As of right now I have:
4 bottles of epi
1 bottle of Xosterone
2 bottles of pct
1 bottle of forms stanzole
3 big ass bottles of taurine
And the random essentials(vitamins and fish oil)

I will be ordering my serm in a few days. Still undecided.

Looking at taking the epi:
4/4/5/5/6
Xos:
675/675/675/675/675

My diet is pretty strict, I try to keep it around 250g of protein, under 100g of carbs and under 150 grams of fat.
Most my protein comes from chicken breast, natural peanut butter, eggs, casein and protein shakes
I will not be posting my full meals daily but I will post a few days up.

My workout split is:
Back
Chest
Bis/tris
Legs
Shoulders

I do not have set rest days, I rest when I feel I need it(most weeks I take 2 days)
I will try my best to update my workouts and numbers daily and also include progress pictures (same time of day and same lighting) as much as possible

My squat is defiantly lagging after fucking up my knee

Squats aren't that bad bro. Especially if you're hitting the 275's ass to the grass with the right technique, it's actually a very good and heavy number.

Back day was a bit too much sets in my opinion. Pics of your back looks good, you have very good potential of developing a very wide and detailed back. Wayyyy too many rows though. True you're on hormones now, and it's the BACK, which can handle a lot of torture. But I would focus on one specific row each back day.

for example:
6 sets of close grip barbell row

and then one specific lat pull down:
6 sets of Wide grip behind the neck

Then I would either add another row from a different angle or just bodyweight pullups for reps. That's keeping it very simple. Just my little advise which can make a huge difference through your run. Plan looks pretty good either way!

Over the head tricep ext. with rope
Burnout with the single handle

This is not what I normally do but the gym was so crowded, I couldn't get a bench for close grip bench or skull crushers so I have to improvise.

Biceps:
Wide grip straight bar curls

I was going to use 35s but couldn't get them(packed gym)

Impressive back bro! Eat more since you have the privilege to be on hormones right now, but still don't over eat. Stay balanced.
Can't wait to see what your backs gonna look like during PCT!!!

Alright back day was pretty good. Did the same workout for the most part, minus bent over DB rows.

Yesterday was leg day. I ended up doings sets of 3 with 275-295. Felt good and the weight wasn't to heavy but my knee started killing me after about my fifth set. I continued for about 2 more sets then just went and did some pull-ups and traps. I will make this leg day up later on in the week

Acne: no changes. If anything, my face cleared up a little but.

Strength: no noticeable increases yet that can be directly attributed to the epi or xos

Anger: none

Weight: my weight is steady at 180-181

Physique: I feel and look a bit leaner but I did notice a slight increase in side fat

Motivation: in the gym I don't want to stop. I actually have to force myself to leave.

Stamina: my stamina has defiantly increased slightly

Libido: my libido is ridiculously high

Other: n/a

Is there anything else anyone would like me to hit on?

On the 23rd I did arms. I felt sick but I still got in a pretty good workout. 24th I just went in and did some squats. My knee was hurting but I did a few sets, very controlled and very slow. I ended up doing sets of 5 up to 225lbs then went for 275 but only got one rep due to the pain. Today is shoulders and it's day 14. I I've made any strength gains, I'll. able to gauge it with the next 3 workouts(shoulders, back , arms) so I'll hold off on my 2nd week review for a few days.

I'm still only taking 4pills a day and 675mg of Xosterone

I'm going to bump it up to 5 pills next week

How's your appeptite? Ferocious or Suppressed or unchanged? I would actually bump up you carbs a bit. Your body will thank you.

That Alpha feeling is pretty damn good huh? I just finished an Epi-Strong/Xosterone/Katana 3.0 cycle and wow....I know what you mean. I logged it on another forum. I had to reallly make myself leave the gym several times.

This "Epi" product has a different make up than the one I ran, so I'm not sure if they similar.

How many pumps of the Xost are you using? My pump was giving me a consistent amount so I started counting the full pumps instead. Bro science you know. I loved Xost. It was my first time using it and it will be a regular in my cycles. It dries super fast....like REALLY fast. The strenght gainz have been incrediable. I'm in the my last week of PCT. Tossed in some IML Osta and the strenght is continuing to increase. My weight actually increase a bit as I packed on some mass, I think that was due the xost so i'm interested to see how this treats you.

Sub'ing to this man. I'll look forward to the updates.

I appoligize for not updating daily but I been kinda busy throughout the hollidays.
Kept my diet pretty strict and been hitting the gym hard.

I am starting to see a little more strength gains. And the gains are lasting through my whole workout.
For example I hit 245 for 3 sets of 3 then was still able to hit 105 on DB bench.

Another increase I seen was shoulder press, I hit 75lb DB for 5 reps.

My appetite is crazy lol. I eat a big breakfast and 45 mins later I'm starving.
I have to eat before the gym or I feel like shit.
Today was the start of week 3
6 pills a day
I also started taking a fat burner to try to lean out a little

Lol welcome.

I just a little update on the xost, it seems to be running low. I'm still getting enough though.

This stuff is pretty legit, it defiantly leaned me up and the application is very simple. It has a good smell, drys fast, and very easy to measure the dose.

Alright the past two days my diet has suffered lol. I ate out a lot due to a few of my friends leaving. I think I still look a little leaner but bigger than when I started the cycle

Also just started a new workout. Based off the frank Zane and Arnold workout.
