Delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol increase plasma testosterone concentrations in mice

Oral administration of delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol had a biphasic effect on plasma testosterone concentrations in male mice, causing rapid sustained increases at low doses and subsequent decreases at higher doses. In hypophysectomized and intact mice receiving gonadotropins (human chorionic gonadotropin), treatment with delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol maintained higher plasma testosterone concentrations. Thus, this cannabinoid may interact with gonadotropin and directly influence testicular steroidogenesis in vivo.

short term memory loss is temporary. that's it. if your high, ur memory probably isn't gonna be too great.

In an indirect way, it will increase all endogenous hormones as you will most likely be eating more food.

^thats something I've always told people because I had read so many place staying that pot doesn't influence your hormones directly. But I guess some people notice major differences. Like weekend and his gyno. That sucks. Haha

Again, you don't have to go far to find legitimate research showing that pot influences prolactin. I believe cortisol as well.

previously yes. i wrote a long write up about how i thought that the erection quality from weed has to do with the vein dilation, and not a direct effect on hormones because in my own research, which i guess was poor, i hadn't found anything that really confirmed pot had a direct effect on hormones, but only an indirect effect like rodja said through eating more, BUT i can see that pot does influence hormones. more so for some than others, but i guess it does. new info=equals new knowledge :)
