My left pec has a hard lump in it... Either from high prolactin from last cycle or estrogen... I have quite a bit of nolvadex & some clomid... NO AIs tho I can get them.. lump is maybe the size of 1/2 an almond it's not huge but makes my chest look funny... Any idea what I can use?
