Hey all, anybody have any good recipes / ides for quick easy clean snacks that can be kept for a while and can easily be transported in baggies or something of the like? I am looking to get some stuff so I can keep good foods with me at all times during school

o Good quality jerky/ pepperoni
o Almonds, walnuts
o hard boiled eggs
o apples

not really a recipe needed but these are healthy and satisfying. oh and in a pinch a scoop of whey with a scoop of greens

good jerky is so good. i get grassfed bison jerkey and this shit is like nectar of the gods. pricey though. anyway i just think why play around with subpar snacks when this is what the body needs: high quality protein and good fats

not sure about online, i live close to where the bison jerky is produced and i get it there.

jack links is good enough for brock lesnar it should be gold!! in all seriousness i'm not sure about the quality of meat/ amount of preservatives that go into commercial jerky.

with all the deer around here jerky is in steady supply.

Buying online especially for "healthy" sorts it gets pricey
