Exemestane makes you slimmer and more muscular (http://www.ergo-log.com/exemestane.html)

I have no idea how I never heard this before or how I've never read this article before today.

Excerpt:

Exemestane itself has almost no androgenic effect, but the researchers announced in 2007 that an exemestane metabolite – the 17beta-hydroxy analogue - is capable of interacting with the androgen receptor. [Mol Cancer Ther. 2007 Nov;6(11):2817-27.]

The article is really about muscle/fat gain/loss in women taking exemestane, but I thought you guys may find this interesting.

Yes, it can also cause bit of hairloss in person (very) prone to it, otherwise its (androgenic) activity does not affect recovery in PCT, or any other isses AFAIK.

Interesting. The dosage mentioned is 25mgs ed, which would dry me out painfully. I'm currently dosing Aromasin 1 day at 12.5 and the 2nd at 6.25mgs, any higher than that and joint pain is an issue. So in conclusion using Aromasin at much less than 25 mgs ed would be beneficial, but I would guess not that much, (other than it's other positive effects). The only time I could see myself using Aromasin at 25mgs ed would be on cycle, when I've got enough stuff going on, anyway. (Sort of thinking aloud here).

It's not a steroid like the article says, but it is a suicidal AI, which does have anabolic effects in addition to the AI.

Exemestane also increases IGF-1, which I didn't realize, and Formestane does as well! Here is some interesting info:

Formestane: A multipurpose Aromatase Inhibitor and Comparison to Others (http://supplementreviews.com/forum/index.php?topic=16036.0)

If it weren't for:

Formestane inhibits DHT (dehydrotestosterone) formation and activity.

I would totally be down with foremstane.

Yeah I noticed that too,...bummer because i've still got prob 4 bottles of PP Formestane. I've never used it to know how much it really inhibits DHT though. Maybe it would be good for guys looking to regrow some hair.
