I hurt my Subscapularis (I think) throwing a disc yesterday... can barely get my arm behind my back and when I do get my hand behind my back, I can't even lift my hand off my back. Hurts a little if I raise my arm up over my head too.

Anyone have any idea how I could rehab this? I'm thinking about going to a shoulder doctor... I definitely cannot lift with my arm like this.

now, sorry about the insensitive stupid joke lol

i wouldn't fuck with self rehab, because it sounds like it could be a complex injury. IMO, if it's available to you (i.e. the wonderful american health system) i'd get it MRI'd so an orthopedist and physical therapists can do your rehab or surgery, and i hope you don't need surgery, brother... with mechanical compromises like that, i wouldn't think it's just an inflammation, so might be safe to have it properly checked

GAH this is the first time I've ever been injured enough that I can't lift.

Tren and ghrp2/mod 3-4x/day for speedy healing.

Tore my rotator cuff throwing a Frisbee 25 years ago. Remnants of that injury are still with me today, so I feel your pain.

I should pick up some ghrp-2/mod grf. Good idea!

I'll see how it is tomorrow... if it's not any better I'm going to see a shoulder specialist. It is slightly better today, but not much.
