You could do sumo deads, stiff leg deads, weighted lunges, calf raises body weight to failure x 3, would prob start that day by full stretching. But I wouldn't personally run 2 leg days into each other.

This will be day #3 on legs. Can't do deads, too much stress on my shoulder right now. Sticking to things where I don't have to move at all. Already going to hands on the hack squats.

Bro, I was reading on your shoulder problem. That is one of the worst things ever, to get injuries (especially shoulder) while on cycle. Do you feel any sense of recovery though? or does the pain remain the same?

As much as I want to say no because of the whole not being able to hit upper body, there have been improvements. Day #1 I couldn't even move it. I can now move it anywhere with just slight pain in areas, definitely lacking strength though.

What are the odds that the superdmz is bunk? I got it from an authorized IML retailer, I'm just not feeling anything other than sweat.

As a side note, I got new clen. Hopping back on at 50mcg, upping the dosage as I feel necessary for the next two weeks.

Other good news. The pump today was out of this world. I don't even have big legs :(, but they were complimented by multiple people saying my calves and legs looked huge. I can actually say that they looked inflated today.

Leg press: 3x30 at 5 plates a side, 3x8 at 9 plates a side, dropsets 9 plates down to 1.
Hack sqauts: didn't count sets/reps/weight.
Leg extensions: 20 sets of 10, 10 second rest between each set.
Leg extension one leg: 3x20, no resting. Focusing on the contraction and "lockout" portion of the movement.
Hamstring curls: 20x10 with 10 second rest. 3x8 slow paused.
calf raises: didn't count sets/reps

I couldn't really walk after this, so no cardio.

Killed it today. Absolutely no other way to describe the workout. I'm disgustingly sore, but oh well?

Legs again. I was able to do regular squats with a wide grip when using kt tape. Squat shoes make all the difference in the world.

Back squats:
135x20
225x10
315x8
405x3
225x50 pause and go as needed. This was miserable after 35.

Leg extensions
20 sets of 10, 10 second rest

Hamstring curls
20 sets of 10, 10 second rest

Calf raises
abs
20 minutes cardio


cramps are starting to kick in from the clen. Upped it to 100mcg. Loving it. The shakes are a little sketchy, but it's not so much in the hands, more-so with my knees/legs.

Warmup with the bar, then throw 135 and just sit in the hole for a while on each rep. After this I just go straight towards my working sets with 45's. Seems to really help when I sit in the hole to stretch everything out. Do you use a belt? It makes all the difference in the world for me for keeping my core tight and form on point. Also, give a 5/3/1 program a try on squats. Still do hypertrophy movements and higher reps after this, but going heavy for low reps really helped up my strength. Only downside is that I did this too long with benching/shoulders/back and am starting to feel it now...

225x50 was rest/pause though. Didn't re rack, but I had to stand as if I was doing lunges for about 10-15 seconds every now and then just to take a breather, then get back into form and go at it.






EDIT

After training, before my cardio, I experienced an ab cramp that rendered me immobile for about 15 minutes straight. All I could do was lay on the ground in pain. Gotta up my water and potassium intake a bit.

On what Weekend said... even if you rest with that weight on your dead exhausted legs.... 50?!?! What kind of machine are you?!

I think the most I ever did, which was solid below parallel at 225 was about 27... and I was aiming for 30 but just could NOT reach it :(

These weren't your ordinary rests, lets establish that. I literally stood like a lunge and just poured sweat everywhere. Music blasting and had a cardio bunny for motivation right in front of me :D


The sad thing is, my legs are a genetically weak point, like my chest :( I can move lots of weight, but ehhh I'm done with that and need to focus on reps a bit more.

I took that whole 50 rep challenge thing that t nation had to the test. Throw your bodyweight on and blast it out for 50 reps and pause as needed. I'm probably a bit under 225, but it's close enough.

Saturday marks 1 week off from any upper body movements. I will train upper again on saturday with a light full body workout. Fuck injuries, gains need to be made.

hollllllly fuck I was scarred shitless this morning. Messed up my dosing. Thought I was taking 1ml nolva, ended up with 200mcg clen total from the wrong bottle. Realized it a few minutes later. Flooded myself with water, bananas, salt, and food. Little shaky still, but it's all good now.


legs again. Had to cut back the volume, I can't physically do another day of this. So drained.

Well I got done fucking and I'm thinking I should be going to sleep with the alcohol and sex. Holy heart rate !! I don't do well with Clen anyway , shakes all night, cramps, HR @ 140 laying down, wow it was a bad night and I couldn't work the next day either.

I think the most I ever used was 60mcg and that night I took like 240. Not good for an old guy.

Laying down I was at 130ish. Kind of scary to tell you the truth, I could hear my heart beating through headphones. Hey, mistakes happen and the best thing you can always do is lay down, eat something, and just flush it out with water as much as possible.

I'm going to try upper body tomorrow. Just empty barbells to see how it goes, then move to some light machine presses/pulls.

Felt great today. Honestly so happy with where I'm at in a week. Tried a little bit of everything. Did a lot of stretching first.

Squats
135x25, 225x10, 315x10, 405x4, DROPSET 315x7, 225x8, 135x9

Dumbell curls
10lbsx30, 15lbsx20, 20lbsx20, 30lbsx10 stopped there, didn't want to go remotely heavy yet.

Hammer curls
3x15 30lbs

Tricep pushdowns of all variations

Machine chest press- I can only do light weight for partial reps, can't lock out. The good news is, I can still feel my chest working a bit so hopefully I won't lose anything.

Machine rows- I can do these, but can't lockout with my arms at full extension. These will definitely be my friend for the next x amount of weeks.

Pulldowns- ehhhhh risky. Shoulder clicked a bit. Didn't hurt as long as I didn't lock out at the top, but can't risk it yet.

Two arm dumbell rows- Felt great, never liked these until now.

Lateral raises- only tried 10 lbs, not full ROM, but they felt fine. Don't want to risk it yet as these would strain them.

Deadlifts!!!!!!!!!!!- ZERO PAIN. Pulled 405 for just 5 reps since I was beyond sweaty and beat from all the squatting this week. I just have to keep my shoulders tensed.

Well here's an update.

Been icing and doing pt work with my shoulder. Progress is definitely happening, recovering fast, hopefully I can bench and ohp soon.


Hit some back today. No pain, but still being careful.

Deadlifts
135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 405x15, 495x3, 545x2, 405x8, 315x10

Machine rows (two separate machines here, just did a bunch of sets)

cable rows
250lbs 4x15. No pain, just have to pull low.

Barbell curls
45lbs 3x30. Turned them more into drag curls.

Added in some chest at the end.

Machine presses. Was able to get up to 200lbs before experiencing any pain. Not great, but hey, it's in the right direction.

Abs

20 minutes cardio.

I'm really sweaty from the clen and super dmz, but no change in feeling. Kind of disappointing, the dmz better kick in soon.

haha. Legs seem to have lost some definition, but that always happens for me. Takes a couple days then they look good again.

As for the sides, maybe just stick to real gear? Lets face it, there are way less sides and better results.


Hit chest today. Surprisingly, this went very well. Didn't do a ton, but I just had to play it by feel.

no pain on incline benching, got up to 185 (not heavy, but I'm just apprehensive). Flat bench with barbell and dumbell caused pain. I can machine press and incline press, so that's what I have going for me right now.

Extending the cycle an extra two weeks. Finally starting to feel something on week #2. Woke up way more vascular than usual.

I'll pick up another bottle of dmz 3.0 and up it to 3 caps a day.

Yep, definitely kicked in. I still can't train super heavy because of my shoulder, but I can hit higher rep ranges. This is actually a good thing for me probably. Monstrous pump today when taken with 5mg taladafil an hour before my workout. My arms just blew up after a couple sets of curls and pushdowns. No CGBP or skullcrushers for now :(, but I could get used to these types of pumps :D

I'll get some pics later this week. Leaning out nicely, still looking a little soft though. Chest/shoulders look deflated from the lack of training on them :(. I might add in some light lateral raises or incline presses every day for the sake of mobility and to get a little stimulation. I can incline press without pain, but I need to be careful.



Extending it from 4 to 6 weeks.

Traps are definitely growing though. Somehow all this squatting is working :D Maybe not for my legs like planned, but hey, growth is growth.

Got some chest in. HOLY PUMP. when you don't train it for that long, it's insane.

Did I mention I actually hit chest? Like 100lb incline dumbell presses for 8 reps with no pain? Not insane or anything, but I couldn't do that a week ago with this injury. Heck, I probably couldn't do it a few days ago.

Haha. I don't think I'll make it that long. I'm actually ditching the whole low rep thing and sticking higher for now.

sure, I love doing heavy singles on deads/squats/presses, but they are just wayyyyy too harsh on my body long term. (wait, it's only been ~4 years, definitely not even long term :( )



Not sure if I mentioned this, but change to my cycle for the last ~4 weeks.

Ditching dmz 3.0. I think it's the m1t that's giving me the sides. PN Pro gear at 2-3 caps a day instead. Has two of the same compounds, just not the third.

Added in epiandro by PN. :D

Decided to go with these doses because all the logs I'm looking at are for people that are 160-180lbs, which might be why I didn't feel it for so long.... I'm a big boy and sit around 218lbs, gimme a break :D

Gonna be goooood from here on out. Pumped to see these changes. Back on clen tomorrow, it's awesome seeing how fast clen leans me out, but I seem to lose effect from it after a week and need 1 on/1 off.

Fuck normal training. I was completely in the zone, amped up on clen, PH is fully flowing, and hemavol/noxygen had me BLOWN up.

Hit everything I wanted to today.

Incline barbell
135x20, 185x10, 185x10, 225x6. Shoulders felt a little tight, backed off.

Incline dumbell.
3x8 100lbs

Cable flies all angles
Didn't count anything.

Did some light shoulder pressing with dumbells standing

Decided I wanted to rack pull just to piss off a worker.
3x10 585 with straps, bouncing off the pins.

Some pullups with no pain at all :D

Rear delt flies

Some quality motivation walked in, holy gym sluts. Will pursue later and add to the kill count thread when someone makes it :D 2 for 1 maybe? Yes please.

Decided I wanted to get a bit of a pump without overdoing upper body...

Some curls
cable pushdowns with various grips

At this point, My arms were honestly the tightest they've ever been. Vascularity off the charts.

Grabbed some 100lb dumbells and did hammer curls. Fuck yeah. Cheated, but who cares. Felt badass. Sets of 5 reps.

Cardio

hahaha. I'm mixed on this cycle though. I'm extremely pissed off, but also more alert and confident. It's kind of a strange combination. Definitely a mood change, just not sure if it's a good or bad thing?

135x10, 225x15, 225x8, 225x8 (no pain or signs on mental hesitation on here, but I never get gains off decline)

Tons of lateral raises/front raises with dumbells

Standing smith shoulder press
Just a 45 on each side for 3 sets, high reps. Didn't want to go crazy yet. Tried seated barbell and it didn't feel so hot.

Machine chest presses

20 minutes cardio, misc ab stuff.

It's close to 100%, should be a fun 3.5 weeks from here on out.

For cardio, it's definitely mixed from session to session. My current gym doesn't have a stairclimber, so I'm left with stationary bikes, walking at 4mph on a steep incline, or those arc trainer things.

In all honesty, it varies. Depends where the motivation is :D

I wish I could... There are no high boxes at my gym, just some stupid low box for stepups and shit.

Legs today after a nice few days of not training them. Anyone notice that their legs lose definition for a few days after a leg day? My legs were looking a little off for the past few weeks, big, but lacked definition. I'll grab a pic on monday after some carbs are in me, they seem to blow up when I do that.


As a side note, abs are starting to come in when hitting a most muscular type pose :D. Only downside is I got genetically fucked with my chest :(

Legs definitely didn't recover all the way yet... No legs until next friday, getting back on my split.

Today felt ehhhh, but pushed through. I almost fell with 135lbs on the bar, not sure wtf happened, but it threw me out of my zone.

Squats:
135x15, 225x10, 315x5, 405x4, 425x1, 455x0 (got it halfway, then got stuck and chest started to dip, game over)

Front sqauts
135x15, 185x8, 225x6, 275x3, 315x1, 325x1 This was AWESOME. All this squatting did wonders for my front squat.

Leg press
didn't count. Stopped using a million pounds on here because I can get a better workout with lighter weights.

Leg extentions
10x10, 8 seconds rest, 120lbs.

Hamstring curls
calf raises

15 minutes cardio



I need to get a bit tanner, then get some pics with a decent camera. I'm personally impressed, just gets better every day.

Not serious.... This looked way more impressive from my angle :D camera ruined it :(

Shoulders seem to have lost some size/conditioning in the past couple weeks. Not having any pressing will do that I guess. Squats seem to have brought up my traps and abs as well, which I'm happy with. I think the next major change to come to my physique will be more having to do with muscle maturity. I'm content with my weight at ~205-210 now, but will cut down a bit further then maintain for a bit after the cycle.

Gotta get my chest up. Any pointers? I've had my form checked countless times, even went to a benching seminar. Should I drop the weight and do something along the lines of 10x10 with minimal rest? My legs responded well to that.



Rest day today.

Back on track tomorrow now that I can do everything.
Mon- Chest, 2-3 cable tricep exercises, light ab work, cardio, calves
Tues: Back, 2-3 light curl movements to get some blood in there, heavy ab work, cardio
Wednesday: Shoulders, traps, calves, misc abs. Cardio.
Thurs: Bicep/tricep, abs, cardio.
Friday: Legs, abs, cardio.
Saturday: Chest/back focusing on contractions, abs, cardio.

They were so blown up right before the injury, I really wish I grabbed a pic then. This size, with striations/veins everywhere. I should be able to hit them hard though so hopefully they will bounce back.

Barbell bench
135x10, 185x12, 225x8, 245x5, 275x2. Stopped, didn't want to jump the gun.

Incline dumbell:
3x12 100lbs.

Incline barbell:
135x15, 185x12, 225x5, 185x10, 185x8, 185x5, 135x10.

Cable flies
Tons of sets/reps/angle variations. At least 13 sets of these...

Machine presses
Couple big dropsets

Machine flies
more dropsets

Flat dumbell bench- I was exhausted at this point. Just forced them out.
90x5, 80x15, 80x8.

Cardio
skipped abs, I felt like shit because my diet sucked yesterday. Only got like 800 cals in.

haha. It's the whole body dysmorphia thing. And lighting plays a huge role in how I look obviously.

yes not an actual decline press. but only a very slight decline so you get some more activation out of your pectoral area and a little less shoulder strain.
main reason i wen't to a slight decline was because my shoulder likes to "pop" when i do flat bench and after rotator cuff surgery it makes me weary when it pops when i do things. then i noticed i get a much better chest workout when i do the slight decline and my shoulders don't get as worn down by the end of the routine.

Confidence is through the roof, energy levels are great, pumps are exciting, and I'm developing a much harder appearance. I know I can get it, I just feel beat down from squatting, like I need a change. I think I'll hit the front squats hard so I can come back next week fired up and ready to go.

How do you do them with your arms crossed or your elbows up, I can't do them with the elbows up back, my shoulder won't lemme position it right,.. I'm afraid to do it arms crossed tho cause I want stability

Arms crossed, I HATE elbows up. Find the sweet spot with the bar where it rests on your delts, and just lock it in with your arms. Head up, chest out, elbows high. Tough to do this when you move up in weight though :(

Next week 100% I'll go for it. I'll use my phone, I just hate lifting without music, but it is what it is. Plus, I should be strong as fuck by then since it will be nearing the end of my cycle.

barx25, 135x15, 185x10, 225x10, 275x5, 315x3, 225x15 rest pause. Wraps/belt after 225 and on the last set. Front squats exploded strength wise, not sure on the depth though, definitely no where near my other squats. Hopefully it's at least just under parallel.

Back sqauts
135x15, 225x10, 315x5, 405x0. This was a bad choice after front squats. Stopped squatting here.

Leg press
Pyramid up to 7 plates a side. didn't count reps/sets, just really tried to keep the tension on the legs instead of joints.

Leg extentions
100lbs, 5x20, 10 seconds rest.

Hamstring curls
5x8 200lbs

Hack squats
Couldn't move much weight at this point, legs were fried. Just did three sets of 3 plates a side to failure.

Calf raises

5 minutes of cardio, then left. Felt nasty at the end.

Just curious on one other thing. Pumps have been great, but my forearm issue is getting intense. I'm not sure if it's an actual injury, or just that they are pumped 24/7 and painfully so during workouts.

How do I stop the forearm pumps?!? Even with straps they just inflate to the point where I'm limited on what I can do. Getting pumps just from squeezing the handles on the leg press.

Do you find decline bench does anything for you? I've never done it, I kinda considered it superfluous.

Do you do back before you do chest? My bro told me it may help my chest if I do back first and exhaust the assisting muscles so I can focus more on my chest. Also I'm wondering if that applies to triceps too.

Exactly. What works for someone might be horrible for others. Some people love dips, I can't do them because it feels like my shoulders are ripping in half.

Definitely try the warming up the back thing (pullups, cable rows), then the flat dunbell bench with a 45lb plate underneath it. It's my new go to chest movement.

It's gotta be bad form or shoulder placement man. You're not letting your shoulders slump when you do them right? Once I stopped that my collarbone stopped hurting. Once I stopped putting my arms so far behind me, it stopped feeling my joint was gonna rip in half. I know you know how the movement is supposed to work. But have someone watch you. If anything but your arms are bending you might be doing it wrong. I thought the pain was just a thing associated with dips I'd grow out of, till a dude downrange was like "hey man I see you in there all the time and you hold your shoulders after dips. Here's 2 things you're doing wrong." I've been golden ever since.

I can't do dips either. Used to bang them out all day long when I was a kid. The problem is an AC joint injury. They heal up well enough if you rehab properly, but dips always re-aggravate the injury. Might be something to investigate.

Stress would Def affect your lifts. A lot of its mental. You should be running clen 2 weeks on 2 off, unless you have some ketotifen, then you can go maybe 3 weeks.

Some updates.

Diet has been awful in reality. Trying to bust my ass, but I'm feeling like shit. Just beat down, depressed, stressed, and lethargic. Could be where I'm at in my life, could be the cycle. It's almost at an end. Might be related to a girl I've been talking to for a while, she sent me some drunk text about get fucked by another random guy. Then again, why do I care? I'll be at college in two weeks and have plenty of connections there :D


Hit back. Definitely losing strength. Couldn't even pull a 565. Left me pretty frustrated so I just did high rep supersets until I was about to pass out.


Picture isn't the best. I'm not as lean/dry looking. Maybe it's just my outlook on it? Who knows.

Thanks man. Means a lot, just feeling stressed out lately about a lot of things. My back is without a doubt my strongest point. Been doing a lot of weighted pullups/pullup dropsets lately. Seems to be helping to bring it out in lat spreads, combined with the diet and tightening up my waist. What diet though... The drugs are the only thing keeping me in tact right now :( Gotta diet hard again tomorrow.

Killed it today. Full body workout. Different gym, looked juicy with veins blasting.

Cycle ends in a few days. Just got my hands on some HCG. Won't do much, but I'll start using it to get the boys back as fast as possible. Wish I used it before.

At this point, I was looking blown up. Rocked the tank and had some sweet lighting in this gym.

135lbs 4x7, had assistance on some of this to keep good form. Heavy, but fun.

Light for high reps to just get a pump.

I'm more tan now. My shoulders are so dry and striated during every movement, it's so cool looking. Veins everywhere on them.

I skipped my rest day this week and upped the cardio. I'm in pct and have been for a bit.

Back day today. I just deadlifted the other day, but I wanted to hit a couple sets. Worked up to a 405x15 with straps, then got really lightheaded.

I'm thinking about going down to 190. I'm 200ish in these pics.

For the front squat, I don't think I will get it or even attempt again. I felt a pop in my back and just dropped it immediately. Had a hard time breathing after it so I just sat down for a while then tried to stretch. I feel really stiff and weak today.

This is completely in your hands brother! I used training as my stress reliever rather than partying my damn life away. I did have fun, occasionally drank on the weekends, but NEVER during the week.

Yeah. Don't party too much in college. I learned that lesson. You're there to learn. Also to fuck really hot sluttygirls, but also to learn. Should be classes, lifting, broads. But that's IMO. I didn't finish college because of partying and my options were certainly limited.

Great! It's nice to meet all the new people and finally change everything in my life. Living in the whole place for my entire life was getting boring. Same people and things every day gets old.

Classes are going well, but much more of a significant workload than I'm used to.


The food though... Incredible. Everything is a buffet which makes cutting a nightmare. It's kind of cool being one of the bigger guys on campus. So many comments from random people walking in/out of gym or even just when we go out.

Ran another cycle of epiandro and trest. Never updated it. Didn't get anything out of it somehow. No shutdown, no gains, no feeling at all... Felt like a complete waste.

Giving it a while then just pinning myself with test. Strength has been down, but I definitely peaked out earlier on that. I'm done chasing numbers, as dumb as it sounds, age really catches up with you. I just don't have the stamina I did before. Multiple hour gym sessions are a thing of the past. Physique went to shit a little bit, but I'm trying to get back on track. Just been really stressed out with school work and other incidents that occurred. Still at it 6 times a week, but just can't put forth what I used to.

No bloods. Full PCT with clomid/nolva/test boosters afterwards. Literally did not feel a thing from the cycle or through PCT. Still pushed myself, but not at all like the feeling before. Big disappointment considering how much I would have expected a large energy/libido boost. Sex drive was unchanged.

I used SoCa'l's epiandro powder and OL dermatrest. Many have had great results with these products so I am slightly confused as to why I didn't, but it could just be my body not responding or stress induced.

I keep getting lightheaded and almost passing out during heavy sets. It's generally with any overhead movements specifically.

I'm going to be waiting a while then running test. Wish I did this in the first place.

Improvement. As my chest fills out, it becomes less and less noticeable. Definitely still there, but much less visible than before.

I'm in no rush to run a test cycle, I just know that when I run again I'm pinning.

I used trest/epiandro as a second run (not trying to get rid of it with this one), but got absolutely nothing out of them with zero effects to my body in any way.

Ran epiandro, prami, and nolva before to try to get rid of it.

The next six weeks are unfortunately going to be very spotty with training and involve an excessive amount of alcohol+lack of food+sleep deprivation. Not by choice...

No plans, definitely not aesthetic enough right now. I need to find the most recent pic to show just how much I bloated out rather quickly.

Tell me about it. It was a shitshow of legal expenses and time in court. My phone was lost and I admitted to alcohol consumption. Based on where they found my phone and the assumption I was intoxicated, they pieced together a whole story and linked together two separate crime scenes across campus to me. To truly understand how ridiculous the claims were, they accused me of climbing in through a third floor window.

Pinned 250mcg fasted before my workout. Going to pin twice a day, morning and night. Both fasted. Adding in cardio and higher rep schemes, dropping out squats and deadlifts because I physically can't do them due to an injury.

Looking for advice on getting as shredded as possible in 5 weeks. I'll be on albut, UOJ, cardio, frag, and a VERY strict diet of IF. Anything else I should toss into the mix? Hitting abs every day. Upping the reps on my lifts and adding in supersets.

It's damn near impossible to track macros on dining hall food, but to give you an idea of what I'm eating it's essentially copious amounts of stirfry with chicken, rice, broccoli, and soy as my main meal. To break the fast I have 2 scoops of whey, then have two scoops of whey and some cliff bars (sugar I know, but they have fiber and oats which I need) at the end of my window. I'm estimating roughly 2200 calories total.

Ghrp and cjc without dac are what you want. It's ghrp2 if I remember right. 6 will wreck your cut because of the intense never ending hunger cravings, and can store fat.

Starting to lean out pretty quick. The scales been broken, but there's definitely visible results on my end. I've been running albut (I think it's bunk honestly), and 250mcg frag in the morning fasted, and before bed (I don't eat a few hours before pinning).

Adding in Ipamorelin. 200mcg twice a day sound about right? One before bed, one pwo?

I honestly couldn't tell you exactly. The scale at my gym has been broken for a while. Last time I weighed myself it was right around 212, I dropped weight quickly, but don't think I've lost much in the past few weeks on this dining hall food. As for bf%, it's impossible to really tell. I can get a completely shredded back/arms/legs, but still hold every drop of bf% left in my lower back/midsection. If I had to guess I'd say 15%... Definitely not where I want to be. My goal in four weeks is sub 10%, even if I starve myself and lose a bit of mass.

Lol, I'm taking 4mg+300mg of caffeine twice a day. Then I have preworkout mixed in there. Needless to say, I am going to crash hard without caffeine soon. I'll taper off slowly.


Is there any connection between frag and increased facial hair growth? Might just be random, but my facial hair is growing at an obscene rate ever since I started.


Dat gh gut? My waist is obscenely wide and I only have deadlifts to blame honestly. Regardless of how lean I get, still there.

I'll try to get my weight today, really hoping to be sitting lower since my midsection definitely appears tighter. It's a huge mental thing for me when I'm under 200 because I've essentially been above that number for almost my whole life...

So to sum this up, I have four weeks to get as shredded as possible. It's a personal goal, visiting my girlfriend overseas and really want to shock her when she sees me lol. I've had to cut back on the cardio due to limited time and distance to the facility with the cold weather. My private gym here doesn't have any cardio unfortunately, I have to walk to the other side of campus for it.

Couple other questions/thoughts that ran across my mind.

Ideal dosing on ipamorelin? 100mcg 3x a day? morning, pwo, before bed? It will be fasted in the morning and night, should I have carbs pwo with it or wait a bit?

What's your take on CLA? Seems to have mixed results/reviews. Worth it or no?

Best OTC fat burner to stack with clen and use when I have to take time off?

I messed up my hammy and quad deadlifting two months ago. Haven't been able to even do body weight squats until lately. Obviously, I'm worried about just jumping under the bar and going for it due to a lack of mobility. I've been doing a lot of stretching trying to ease into it. Deadlifted for the first time the other day and it felt fine, just out of the groove a bit. However, basic abdominal movements still cause pain. What are some ab exercises I should look into to train around the pain?

Doing a 24 hour fast today. That extra time really makes it challenging. Four hours to go before I can eat, will consume cals immediately after training. I'll pin some frag right before I lift again. I'm definitely leaning out.

Hit some chest. Had a great pump going. Decided I can't PR every day any more, can't max all the time, can't break my body down excessively.

Barbell Bench. 225 8x5 slow and controlled
Dumbell slight incline 40x8, 60x8, 100x8, 5x10 60lbs slow and deep
Machine flies: 10x10 10 seconds rest
cable flies: 5x12
Barbell bench to the neck: 135lbs 3x8

Getting back into squats slowly. Been working mobility and body weight stuff every day.

As far as the peptides go, I don't know if the frag did anything or it's all mental. The clen works, hands down I love this stuff. Won't ever cut without it. The ipamorelin is giving me some great sleep. I'm doing it at 150mcg in the morning fasted, 150mcg pwo then have a shake to break my fast with carbs 45 minutes later, then once before bed at 200mcg. My energy in the gym has been great the past few days. I just don't want to leave.


Does anyone have advice for somewhat loose skin/stretch marks? I tried cocoa butter and more sun exposure in the past and that seemed to work, but I can't really get sun right now. Regular Lotion isn't doing shit.

I like where this is going... A Lot. 3 more weeks to go. Getting more ipamorelin and frag. The sleep on ipamorelin is incredible and I actually have energy while training fasted on the frag. A little shout-out to Wes as well, OUJ is a GREAT product. I don't know what I'm going to do without it.

Sunday I was 204.8. If I can hit under 200lbs by saturday, I'm having a killer cheat day and getting back at it asap. I'm on a week off clen, definitely missing the appetite reduction it gives me.


Going to stock up for my next cycle. It's not for a while, but I figure by the time I get there a lot of the things I'd like to use will be banned. Going to grab 3-4 bottles of PN andro300, two of sdmz 3.0 (or superdrol) for a 4 week kick start, test e, hcg, arim, letro, nolva, clomid, etc. This won't be for a long time, but I'll just stockpile. Figure test+epiandro could be a fun mixture. If not test, then trest.

What's everyones take between test and trest? I know trest shuts you down hard, but it seems like it might be the more anabolic option and give better results over a 12 week span.

Hit back today. Got up to 275lb rows and 405 deadlift. Slowly climbing back up on the dead situation. Didn't want to push it too much, my injured leg started to buckle mid rep.

My weight remained stagnant for a week. Had my diet even more strict this week and cut back calories further while upping the clen. I'm not seeing any changes, but I never do. I'll hop on the scale sunday to see how this work has paid off. I'm hoping for 201 or even sub 200

What I learned from this past 8 months:

Alcohol really is bad for gains, it's not just a myth lol
Bulking hard works for bringing up weak spots
You don't have to spend countless hours in the gym to get results
Intermittent Fasting is the shit
Hit lagging parts 3-4x a week
Sleep has a HUGE effect on progress.
Refeeds help, a lot. I used to think they were just mental, but my body needs them once a week or my gym results are horrid.
***It's not about how much weight you can move*** Took me forever to understand this and realize it. I don't move nearly the numbers I used to, but I've packed on more size despite being significantly weaker. My mentality before made me think I constantly needed to lift big to get big and nothing could change that until recently with my injuries.
ROM doesn't mean much, just focus on where you feel the movement best. All about dat mind muscle connection.


My next cycle will be quite a ways out.

As of now, I'm in the air between test or trest. Leaning towards trest at a decent dose, epiandro or mast high, and kickstart it with sdrol. Will run Exem, ralox, and hcg throughout. My goals of this cycle will vary based on where I'm at, but I most likely want to use it to hit extremely low bf% levels while maintaining size or even putting some on.

Hammer strength shoulder press- 3 plates each side for 4x5
Dumbell shoulder press- 2x6 100lbs. No spot. Haven't been able to get this since summer time.

I'm mixed on it. I hate the behind the neck one with a passion, I've never seen this shoulder press anywhere else. It's more of a vertical overhead press that has just an ever so slight angle to it. I feel like the pattern of movement combined with the amount of weight you can actually move has to be effective, but at the same time I never use it as my main movement, I always have a compound in there before it.

I'm going to take the plunge and run a low dose of exem, high dose ralox, clen, and a moderate dose of t3. My goal will be to lose weight at a slow pace, I know it's risky with the t3, but I'm willing to take the risk. I've always had slightly fatty tissue causing me to have puffy nips/gyno. I'm really hoping a month or two of this can clear this stubborn area out a bit.

50mcg T3 a day for the last two weeks. Noticing some leaning out in the hamstring area, lots of striations. My guess is that my body is just cutting up in this spot and will show progress in other areas soon.


My next four weeks will consist of 60mcg t3, 100+mcg clen, 250mcg Frag 176-191 before fasted cardio and at night, 75mcg IGF LR3 PWO, 8mcg Yohimbine HCL pre fasted training, caffeine tabs when I'm feeling beat, and hemavo2 pre workout. I dropped creatine. I may hop on PN's All in one at some point.

Goals are to cut 8lbs while maintaining fullness. I had abs coming back in, but lost them, likely due to some bloating from the yohimbine or less fullness from the t3.



I'm looking for some advice on new ab exercises. Cable crunches and leg raises only go so far.

Supps: Creatine, Animal Flex, Fish oil, multi's, carb product pre workout, whey, liver support

My goals with this cycle may change by then, but I don't think gaining 10-12lbs off of it+leaning out a little seems unreasonable.

Four weeks to look my physical best, going to be at a beach with a LOT of pictures being taken haha. Had my last cheat meal. Time to push myself to my limits. Goal to drop ten pounds and get visible abs untensed. I'm guessing I'm carrying about a pound or two of fat in stubborn areas that is just slightly covering them from when I'm not tensed.

The last week of my diet will look like this. Amounts will vary based on my weight.

20 min cardio
Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 1/2c oats
Training
PWO: glycoject/isolate
Meal 2: Tilapia, brown rice, broccoli
Meal 3: Grilled chicken, broccoli
Meal 4: Tilapia, Brocolii
Meal 5: Isolate shake before bed

As you can see, minimal carbs and extremely low calories. Dropping salt out too, just going to be using a lot of lemon/pepper as my seasoning.

Hit chest this morning, wasn't happy with it, so hit it again tonight.

I'm a little curious as to what's happening to my bench. I'm quickly losing reps and having to drop reps on barbell, but my dumbell has shot up to 150's for reps. 150's for reps, but currently struggling with 225 barbell??

That doesn't make any sense... are you doing DBs first then BB? That really makes no sense to me at all, I've never heard of anyone being stronger on DB than BB.

I've been alternating dumbell/barbell movements every chest workout. One I'll focus on dumbell, then the next time will be barbell. I really just struggle with all barbell movements. I hit 110's on DB shoulder press, but struggle with 135 5x5 standing military?

Maybe you're using a smaller range of motion with the DBs... that's the only thing I can think of. It's easy to know if you're going all the way up/down on BB, IE, Chest to almost locked out elbows. DBs it's harder to tell.

I spent a little bit of time off in a hospital, came back in, hit a 365 bench, 115lb dumbell shoulder presses, and am unable to do leg work due to an injury. Really isn't a point in my hopping on the test/mast run as planned, I don't need to be any bigger. My shoulders are so big right now people are doing double takes when walking past me.

No straps, just chalk. Try holding it with it with your fingers and not your palms, that was my biggest helping factor.

Mmm. I dunno man. My hands are only about 8" from Palm crease to top of middle finger. A little larger than average but not huge by any means.

I can just about close the CoC 2.5, I think I'll be able to close it by the end of the month.

I've battled with gyno my whole life. IT's 100x better now than before I ever cycled. All the epiandro, ralox, tamox, exem, and letro has really shrunk it back. I'm trying to keep it this way. I came off of everything except .25ml prami and 25mg exem every 3 days. Been this way for a month. the gyno just started to rebound a little. Not the lumps, but my nips are starting to puff up a little and expand in size. How should I go about fighting this? I don't want to be on drugs long term, but it seems that I need to stay on for a while. Should I just add more exem frequency and slowly taper? Exemestane/ralox/epiandro was the best gyno fighting combo I had, but I don't want to mess with any more shutdown.

Update. I'm now on 600mg Test E, 400mg Mast e, 6 caps of ultra stano every day. Going to double the mast dose most likely or add in a low dose of tren.

Lol I know the indecisiveness. There is a back story here though. My test levels were sky high before. Obviously due to my age... Randomly, I got hit with a very rough period of depression. My levels dropped to low 200 ng/dl. I originally planned on just doing an epiandro run to fight gyno and feel a bit better, but I decided to hold off. I went into three separate doctors, and all they would give me is the cream, despite any of my reason for wanting injections due to spreading from contact. I decided to take matters into my own hands and follow up with bloods every few months. I'm running a cycle, then cruising on 250 test cyp afterwards. Our medical system is fucked. I'm twenty years old, I shouldn't have to face these issues, throwing me on depression meds isn't the answer when there are numbers as low as that. I've had serious depression in my past too after I cut over 100lbs too fast. This is a personal choice that I'm doing for myself and nobody else.

I'm looking to get my dead up to 635 in the next few months. Any suggestions? I'm doing a variation of squat every day right now. I like to call it deadlift and squat every day :D Focusing in on squats in the 8-10 rep range and deadlifts in the 4-6 rep range. Strange is skyrocketing. Packing on a bit too much bf% but I recently started adding cardio.

Powerlifting isn't my bag but a good plan I would imagine is getting good rest and eating a ton.

If I were working to increase numbers I would probably do like 3 days a week and maybe some ancillary work, or flexibility stuff every so so on off days.

Sleep lots and be happy with gains and don't stress.

Sick sick numbers man. You are born to be a powerlifer, with or without drugs. I know you can make it far without any hormones! I would finish What you are doing and then stay awhile without gear, get the best of what you already have age wise and genetics wise, and then BAM Use the right gear and it will all fall in to pieces. I'm on Deca and test now (see my log) , bUt doing it specifically for health issues. Although the side effects (size) is sick 😀😀
