What I do with my raws is weigh them out before every dose and put it in a shot of juice. or cap it.
most people prefer making a solution with alcohol since it's a lot easier.

You could also cap them yourselves or put them into a liquid solution (1 gram in 50ml = 20mg/ml).

Just make sure to get a scale that measures to .001

The alcohol method is not bad at all unless you can't handle the taste of it. It keeps your product well especially if you stop using it mid bottle or you have a large amount mixed up. I also think it absorbs quickly with the alcohol. Just my thoughts.

EQ up to 1g/week
Deca up to 600/wk
NPP up to 75/day
Msten up to 20/day
Epi up to 50/day

Currently using:
600mg Test E
750mg 1T
600mg EQ

I have a meet on 8/2 after a year away and looking to hit 705/473/616 in the 220 weight class.
