well since it's a little late in the logging and i'm a new member here i figured the best way for people to get to know how i like to do things was post up a log that i have on a few forums.
it will also help get my measly post count up!
so i started 2.5 weeks ago with my very first injection ever 250mg/ml of Test E
Starting weight was 194 and i am now 198. 5'10" 23 Yr old
Previous cycles include
#1 Halodrol 100mg 6 weeks
#2 Xcel Chaos + EM powdered DMZ (60mg DMZ 60mg Cyanostane) 6 weeks
#3 Dianodrol 90mg, Trestobol 100mg, Tvar 120mg, DMZ 60mg. 4 weeks
#4 week 1-4 Epi 80mg, Triumphalis 45mg, DMZ 80mg, Trestobol 100mg Week 4-8 Xcel Reaper (80mg Epi, 400mg Furaza, 50mg Tvar) Trestobol 100mg + Superdrol 20/20/20/20 and Detonator X (22.5mg Epistane) used on workout days only for weeks 1-8
i know i have done some pretty crazy shit with orals.
first wen't great with very little PIP in the right thigh. the second pin last week 250mg/ml Test E in the left thigh and there definitely was a little more PIP from that one but nothing bad or to whine about.
i have also been "spot" injecting 4-AD Base (legit 4-AD not the 4-DHEA/4-AD shit.) i have hit both thighs 50mg/.5ml and both delts twice at 50mg/.5ml.
really love the effects i get from this taking it pre-workout!
right now i am doing
250mg Test E/ week
50mg Mentdione/ ED for 15 days
40mcg T3/ED
"goods i have to add during the cruise"
Dimethabold 176 caps
Superdrol 3.5 Grams
100mg/ml 40 ML Trest Ace
the plan is to up to 250mg Test E 2 times a week here within the next month. and stay on 500mg/week for however long i feel like it. and will only drop back down to 250mg if i feel like i want to.
i know there are a lot of knowledgeable guys on this board so i'm glad to have finally made it over here to start an account.
Questions, Critique and any input on this is welcome! always happy learn new things!

I'd bump up the dosing now as that amount isn't a huge increase over endogenous production at your age and it'll still be much easier on both the HPTA and overall well being than your previous oral blast.

only reason i was going to wait to up the dose was cause i was going to finish the mentdione first before upping my test.
i figured up the test to 500 after mentdione then run 4 weeks of SD or Dimethabold in a month after starting 500mg.
*my research shows optimal testosterone production of healthy males range from 50-70mg a week.*

this is a Cruise dose. i am not using it to make me gain muscle (which it will) and 40mcg of T3 is not enough to be catabolic on 250mg Test/week considering your body produces roughly 12mcg-20mcg T3 Daily and you only have 50-70mg Test weekly to counter act those catabolic effects. 250mg and 40mcg is no issue from what i have researched.
i have an AI on Hand of course along with nolva. but at 250mg i don't see that being used any time soon.
why is HCG a MUST? unless i decide to run PCT why would i care to use HCG?
and i know my HPTA is shut down. hence the Cruise dose. i don't care about my HPTA being shut down. i plan on being test for as long as possible.
where did you hear the above 600mg does not give better results? i know people who have gone from 750-1000mg and they say it just keeps getting better as you go up.

Bro' you done a lot of reading, but at wrong places I'm afraid.
Pituary uses T3 as "guide" as little as 25 mg of T3 will have some supression of TSH which will lead to reduction of T4 levels- as a matter of fact t4 drops as a rock as soon as pituary senses bit more of fT3.
I've seen numbers of bloodworks, so trust me on this.
250 mg is cruising dose, but I dont see point of cruising for you, unless your on TRT.
HCG is simply must have, ask anyone here- and there are some sticky threads on HCG use in this forum, read it and then decide.

Remember that test enanthate is ~30% ester weight and the main reason I say to increase now is so that the levels are stable by the time the ment clears instead of having to wait another 2-3 weeks for the ester to be cleaved.

bro. Doses are in MCG not MG. and does not matter the amount of suppression your T4/T3 gets if i stopped T3 in a max of 2 weeks my levels will be back to normal.
and yes i do a SHITLOAD of studying and most of my posts that have facts in them are posted from actual studies and not just something i read somewhere.
i prefer to read through actual research papers and studies to get my information. so i very HIGHLY doubt i have been reading this stuff in the wrong places.

i will up my dose to 500mg should be able to pin tonight. which will make monday/thursday my pin days for Test.

so your saying that no matter what 250mg Test Vs 500mg Test it will shut you down? pretty much but not 100%

But you will shut down faster on 500mg vs 250mg.
i will NOT be PCTing as this is a cruise and i plan to stay on.
i will only introduce HCG if i feel it's necessary for recovery if and when i decide to come off test. i don't see HCG being of any use during a test cycle unless you for some reason care about your LH production while your still suppressing your system.
i just don't see any point in raising LH production if you are shut down from exogenous hormones any way. just my opinion on the matter though haha

You obviously don't fully understand suppression. Dose used makes a huge difference in terms of suppression and your body is never producing nil LH unless you've been on a long cycle with high doses and multiple compounds. I've been on for over 2.5 years and still have some LH production, granted it's not much at this point.

However, you're still mistaken with you position that 250mg and 500mg will lead to the same level of suppression. Dosage makes a huge difference in terms of level of suppression.

Personally, I dont even think there is a way to tell exact level of supression, LH is just one factor and LH test is not fullproof, it just gives you an idea If you do test every 15 mins every different result would most likely be different. On top of that if one has higher LH level it does not neccessary mean his recovery will be better or faster, and lastly- and there is difference in LH level of 0.5 mlU/ml and 1 mlU/ml, but practically? difference is petty- IMO.

alright so i actually have 3.5 Grams of Superdrol left! just checked this morning.
i did pin another 250mg last night and pip is very minimal. i did get the oil in the muscle pretty damn quick tho so it was to be expected.
so guys i will be leaving for about 8 days here next month. should i dose 500-750mg the day before i leave just to keep my blood levels higher while i'm down there?
or should i just fill 2 pins and take my 2 250mg dose down there? i leave saturday and will miss my typical monday pin and my typical thursday pin if i don't bring it down with me.
(will be with lots of family)

Put them in your dap bag and do it before/after a shower or as if you're taking a shit. put the pins back in the bag and bring them back home. I'd rather do that and keep blood levels at a constant, stable level than the big spike.

cruising was 250mg a week and i was going to stay there for a little until BOTH jel and rodja suggested me to just up the dose to 500mg.
i was not being rude by pointing out the MCG vs MG scenario i felt it was necessary to point out due to the fact 1000mcg=1mg which is a very large difference.
did i ever say i have scientific study's of 23 yr olds cruising and taking oral steroids. no i did not.
my scientific research for superdrol is based solely on the molecule itself and how it acts inside the body and not on some "oh bro superdrol is the shit" forum post.

sounds good. Pre-loaded is what ill do then. will make it very easy to just pop the cap off and pin without having to deal with getting the oil in the pin first!

Mentdione is undoubtedly kicking in! i had a Killer chest workout yesterday morning took 20mg Ment PW! pumps, strength and endurance were all up! my muscles are feeling and looking fuller all the time. libido is higher than usual. and that alpha feeling is Awesome!!

I just got mine from a friend who had got a whole 250 pack box and so I figured I'd use them till I decided to look into buying my own haha. The oil goes in nice and quick that's for sure
5 ment pre workout with detonator X.
No 4AD today.
Hit a pretty incredible back day. Strength endurance focus aggression were all up noticeable from last week. And I felt incredible!!!

around 2500 cals 250G carbs 90G fat 200G protein
last few days i have noticed mild back pumps from walking/standing to long/ wood cutting. which is odd cause i didn't have back pumps on anything but Hdrol.
today is my last day on Mentdione so i have a feeling the back pumps will be gone by the weekend.

think Dbold is next on the list to try though especially since it was free might as well give it a run!
my injection was weird this morning. did everything the same as i normally have. accept this time when i started to push the needle in as soon as it pierced my skin i started getting a burn/tight feeling in that spot.
but didn't wan't to pull out and try again and the pain wasn't bad it was just odd since i have honestly never felt any pain from the injections before.

yeah i was like woah this is odd why is it burning. but at least it doesn't actually hurt!
Yesterday was chest day and holy hot damn was it a good one!!
pinned my Test about 3 hours before then i pinned 100mg 4-Adiol about and hour pre workout took a fat scoop of Det X 22.5mg Epistane and 1 mg Etizolam!
i have outstanding endurance, ( 5-10 second breaks between all lifts) strength was up again! mind muscle connection was outstanding!
i really think the test is starting kick harder! and every time iv'e use the 4-AD pumps get wild!
don't judge me i like trying new things. lol:p
well it seemed there was 10.5ml of test in my vial. just pinned the 1.5ml this morning. my new stuff should be here tomorrow so i can still pin on vacation!

Since I am low on pins atm I decided to do all 500mg test e last night
Injection was the best yet didn't even feel the needle going in. Absolutely no PIP today. And there was only a small drop of blood.

I think this last week was week 6 first 2 weeks was on only 1CC a week. Then the other 4 weeks were at 2CC a week.
So next week is 7 weeks on test and I'm feeling great!
so i decided instead of bringing pins with me ( we had a lot more family going with us than originally thought) i just pinned my thursday dose which happened to be 325mg (there was an extra .5 ml in the vial) and then late friday night i dosed 500mg. needless to say 825mg felt incredible all week!
i have recently been selected to run Dienolone Acetate IM so i will be starting that in the next week or so. i will most likely make a new log just for the weeks im on dienolone since i have not used it before it should be a good one!

okay so my last to injections were all fine and dandy until i pulled the needle out.
well last thursday (i believe i went through a vein) when i pulled the needle out a ton of blood started pouring out. once i got it to stop i have a dark bruise around the injection site about the size of a quarter.
Then yesterday (which wasn't near as bad) but i did all my regular stuff. and when i pulled out there was blood that went up into the syringe and i bled a tiny bit more than normal. but i also got a bruise the size of a quarter only it's very light in color.
think i just went through another vein? or could it be something different?
either way Dem Gainzzz is still rollin along nicely. and excited for the DA to arrive!!!

Okay well it's the old 4AD that's banned.
It is slightly more androgenic than test, has a 15% conversion rate to test. And it's also a base hormone so I'd say once injected the hormone will start entering your blood stream within a half hour.
I notice slight endurance and aggression increase from it.

yeah i inject 50-100mg about 30-60 minutes pre workout. i don't use it all the time though just when i feel like it haha. it's a pretty great compound!
WOOHOO this mornings injection went good. not even a drop of blood came out.
i stopped taking nolva a few days ago as nipple sensitivity stopped and today i switch to .25mg arimidex eod.
any one have any suggestions on a better dose for the arimidex please chime in!

yesterday pre workout = 22.5mg Epistane(Det X)/15mg D-bold/ 52.875mg TNE.
pumps were amazing, endurance was through the roof, strength was up a little despite only 15 second rests between lifts! very happy with the TNE since i know damn well Dbold hasn't started yet and Epi doesn't do that for me!
finally got notification that the free Dienolone acetate to log has been shipped out! took forever but at least it should be on it's way to me very soon after it gets brewed up!

upping dimethabold to 30mg today. been 3 days at 15mg not sure how long i plan to take it for i still have almost 2 full bottles.

i'd say it's a dry compound, but not near as dry as Dianodrol.

Due to my situation of where my gear is located i will be doing a double dose every other day unless i know i can be there the next day to dose my subject.
LGD-4033 will start next week at like 5mg daily.
will start Anavar a little after i finish the Dbold cycle OR may hold off to run it but i doubt it.
i am now able to see veins on my quads so my last few pins have not hit any veins!! YES!!! lol
really debating on if i should up my test e another 250mg for a few months before my trade show in december or if i should just wait till after. hmmmm decisions decisions.

pinned 1ml (70mg) dien last night with test. everything went smooth and no out of the ordinary PIP today so that's a bonus.
LGD is dosed at 25mg/ml and so i'm taking .2ml and holy hell the stuff tastes absolutely horrid!
my 3 Grams of Var are on there way to my supplier now! also have 3 grams of superdrol on the way.
going to hit my delt with 1ml dien tonight. haven't hit my delts in months and that was with a slin pin so hoping this goes just as good as it did with the slin pin!
shouldn't be much different i wouldn't think!
hit my left delt last night 1ml Dien ace pre workout had some joint pain immediately after but all in all it went well. along with 30mg Dbold and 5mg LGD. and my workout was outstanding!!! i don't even care if it was just placebo or whatever it was a great workout and i'm excited for stuff to start kicking in!
2ml dien definitely gave me more PIP than 1ml dien plus 1ml test e. But nothing out of the ordinary.

I first typed 80 lbs but decided to be nice. If you're 205, you need to drop to around 140 to be lean. Sure with gear you can meet in the middle. But it's a waste. Get down to 140 and then bulk on gear for better results, easier on your organs and wallet.

I've read this. You should use 200 mg/week and get your diet in check. 200 is often more than double what most healthy guys make.

Look up intermittent fasting. Works great for me when cutting. Drink more water avoid gluten and dairy. Eat cruciferous vegetables daily. Green smoothies and lean beef. Whole eggs.

And anabolics do not work the same in a fat person vs a lean person. Plus all that fat is visceral, putting you at high risk for heart attacks
yeah bro i know. literally all the fat i have is in my belly. and a little on dem tittays.
and when i did my BF% measurement i made sure to use 3 methods and they averaged out to 16% between the 3 which were all very close to each other and that was several months ago and i have not gained weight but my muscle size keeps growing.
and from my research only reason fat effects anabolics is due to higher amount of aromatization of the hormone and higher estrogen levels. people do get on TRT for having low test due to higher fat mass. i was never very fat up until a few years ago when i got to 265 after my rotator cuff surgery i dropped down to 185 after a year and have just hovered and gained a little weight in the last couple years after that.

So basically it's broscience I'm about to spew. But from personal experience, the fatter you get on a cycle, the less muscle growth there is. Something about the body's set points seems to decrease anabolism in muscle tissue. You are not very muscular now, but by getting lean on a low dose of test or natty before using cycle-level dosages, you can trick your body into gaining much more muscle, and fast!
If you put your mind to it you could have abs in 3 months.

no that is actually proven that more fat mass blocks muscle gains. hence why you don't want to over eat on a bulking cycle.

It's based on the fact that casein and gluten are both opiate-like peptides which cause reduced intestinal motility, increased caloric absorption, bloating, and increased food cravings

I would agree on the gluten for myself. I figured that out some time ago.

Not everyone is after abs. I'm after filling in a 6'4 frame. Which isn't gonna happen till like 250lbs. I'll worry about abs then. I'm still about 20+ lbs short. Then I'll cut, then I'll re-add. Like I did in my 8 or so month break on the forum when I KISS'd. I didn't cut to see abs, I could give a shit less about them right now. I want size and strength, I was cutting to prime for my surplus each time which I did for about 3-4 cycles I think.
If you wanna cut out gluten try it dude, I'm not saying dont. I'm saying dont, based on someone's word. Read up on it and form your own opinion. I don't believe all the hype. But then I guess maybe I'm in the group that can eat whatever I want and never be bothered by anything.

I can vouch that gluten hurts some way worse than others. Ive got a friend that cant get shredded unless he drops it. Swells him up, bloat. It swells me a little but not too bad so I just make sure i dont over do it. To each thier own, everyone is different. Wouldnt hurt to experiment with dropping it for a bit to see how you react to it. Might help, never know.........

I won't disagree with that. Now is it the carb dishes you're eating with gluten they may not be the most healthy choices. Or are you soley attributing it to the gluten.
I agree tallstraw it's probably the simple sugars since that has proven to be addictive due to the reward part of the brain activating.
And I know KAB I'm not arguing that I shouldn't try it all I'm wanting to know is WHY they both feel it's bad.

As far as WHY gluten doesnt agree with people, I feel its highly indivuidual. Im not a nutritionist either so my understanding of how some of this work is limited. I just know that some people I know first hand dont do well with it for whatever reason and when they drop it, results come quicker.

When I got back into being fit again, that was the hardest part for me. Figuring out macros, what works and doesnt. The most frustrating thing was it takes time. You have to remove or limit gluten for a good period of time to see if that is going to help you. If it doesnt after 4 weeks or so, try lowering carbs. Its a process. Good luck man!

If it's someone in person, maybe since you'd have to face your failures in person with your coach it'd keep you more honest. But like I said man, and I'm on thr bandwagon with them, you gotta lose weight. But for me the method is easy, calories in vs calories out and just hitting your protein macros. That's all I aim for daily. My diet is anything but that. I aim for my protein for the day, and eat whatever I want else. But try to keep my sugars and shit sparing. It's worked pretty well for me. I still look like a fuckin twig at my weight when talking to lifters, but otherwise people say I'm a big dude....I just wish I could yet these chicken legs squared away lol

I was only wanting coaching for meal plans that's really all I need. Just some structure I'm not very good with planning like that.

Couple of things and all those are IMHO: Agree with tall on the gluten and dairy thing. I can send pics of my abs all day if need be, gluten is no problem. The refined sugars that are often in gluten rich foods such as breads, now that....
Of course you can bloat. You can bloat with chicken if you have any sort of allergic reaction. You can bloat with anything, depending on how sensitive you are to it.
Coach: Night and Day having one. Someone who tells you like it is and takes the thinking out of the equation. I coach people, but guess what? When contest prepping, use a coach myself. I completely take my subjectivity out of it and follow a plan designed by someone who's job is to run my body like a machine rather than anything with feelings LOL
Calorie is a calorie and a macro is a macro: Nope. When you're solely bulking, you get away with more, specially because of the amounts of food some of us heavier guys need to put down. But that's when you have a muscular physique already and you can gauge how out of shape you get and regulate accordingly. On a cut, which is what our friend here needs to do first, it's GIGO. Garbage In, Garbage Out. Eat clean, give yourself a cheat meal, say 1x a week since you're not contest prepping.

i just know from experience that if i replace gluten calories with fruit calories i end up way more shredded
i still have abs when eating gluten but i've seen it be a problem for people over and over. dairy is in the same boat.
but do what you will, was just giving the best advice i can to lose fat fast.
intermittent fasting is the most important part to me, but if you cant do that without failing and binging then it wont work.

tallstraw you've made some fatloss progress since the PP days. but you're calling me out and that leads me to think you haven't tried dropping gluten. LBL and I are both a little gifted in the leanness dept.
try going gf/df for a month and see if theres a difference, with calories the same.
I drink damn near half a gallon of milk a day and definitely ingest tons of gluten. I have no idea if it affects me negatively or not

I know what makes me bloat, point blank. Eating too many simple processed sugars in the afternoon and eating too close to bed or flat out calorie surplus. And not drinking water im notorious for being dehydrated. I've done IF Keto for 6 weeks before to cut. And I noticed no difference than when I went to just IF. Fat loss stayed the same, albeit a little less, but that came from basically thr shock of no carbs to carbs again. Not the introduction of gluten. I know that for certain I felt the same. I was hungrier, but fat is satiating, so it's no surprise I wasn't as hungry on a high fat keto diet.. I'm not calling you out, I'm calling out this pseudoscience floating around making Gluten the evil within the health and fitness industry with the very minimal backing that it has, for those outside of the wheat sensitive and ciliacs bracket. It's a scapegoat plenty of people use. And milk? Cmon, skim was like a staple for me lol...I learned to like it since I love whole. Any fat loss you notice isn't from me trying to lose weight. I only did that when I was in Afghanistan. I haven't tried to lose any fat outside of priming for a few weeks before each mini bulk. I'm not lean because I choose not to be. I choose to eat to try and ever increase my weight. I never want to be the twig I was, again. Cutting for me is useless at my weight I haven't accumulated enough muscle to fill my frame out and show anything off. I'd be back to twig status. When I hit my 250 mark probably next year late sometime. I will do a heavy bulk over that subsequent winter, and then proceed to my first REAL cut in that winter/spring for beach season to finally show off my work.
Dienolone has definitely started to give me back pumps.
The other person researching the dienolone ace at 50mg is experiencing the same thing. Lifting has been great lately! Endurance is ridiculous and strength is definitely going up every workout!

As far as I have noticed so far my cardio endurance has actually been better other than the back pumps associated with it! Haha
Well cooking breakfast this morning and was sweating bullets in my place which was at 68°.
Luckily this morning on back day I surprisingly didn't get back pumps somehow! And strength gains have been pretty good already since last week.
So far I am quite happy with the dienolone at 70mg.
Weighed in this morning at 203 lbs. Down a few since starting dienolone

I've stopped eating out. Been eating much cleaner with Turkey, chicken pastas, vegetables, salads, sandwiches, steaks. Definitely an improvement from restaurant meals.

I didn't even try to cut on it yet but if you wind up the cardio and drop the carbs it would be an excellent cutter.
well tore my right trap a bit a couple weeks ago in the gym haven't been able to do upper body lifts since. just running stairs and leg day.
dienolone ran out on saturday and have only been on testosterone at 250mg a week since then.
if my shoulder doesn't get better in another week or 2 i will need physical therapy. just taking it easy right now.
well doc cleared me to start lifting again on thursday but i fly out saturday for a business trip so i figure ill just let it heal up some more while i'm gone and get at it hard when i get back!
i am going to start the new year out with a tren / anavar cycle
will be cutting definitely.
Psychologist has decided to put me on either adderral or Ritalin. I'm still on cruise dose right now and just getting things ready to do a cut blast here in a bit.

24 and I have used adderral but only recreationally when I was in high school.
It will only be something that I will be using during work if I feel to spastic to keep concentrated on the project I am working on since I tend to get distracted by the smallest things and it throws me off.
And after knowing my doctor for 12 years I believe he will originally start me on Ritalin since it is the least addictive of the medications available.

if you care for my recommendation, i would say the best starting choice is dextroamphetamine 2.5 mg. lowest it comes in is 5 mg tabs. but start with a half.
alternatively if you have good insurance vyvanse only needs a single dose, so the lowest one of that, i think it's 10 mg.

Well from what my Dr said we will try several of them to see which works best. I'll report back Monday after I get the scrip
i am starting out on 5mg methylphenidate twice daily. then after a week if i feel i need to i up it to 10mg twice daily.
and get a check up in a little over 5 weeks to switch meds or just stay on this.
Been about 3 weeks since starting ritalin and come to find out 5mg twice daily was useless, 10mg twice daily may have helped slightly but not really.
Just started on 20mg twice daily and it actually seems to be helping pretty well. Hopefully it continues to help like it is now.
Still may end up switching medications to see if something might work better for what I am needing it for.

I will definitely talk with the Dr about it. My psychologist says 40mg Ritalin is still a low dose and to just increase it again but I have found a lot of people saying they prefer your recommendation over adderral or Ritalin and my Dr may be interested in giving it a shot.
so lots and lots and lots of shit has happened since i last posted.
my Doc wouldn't switch me off ritalin until we tried a max dose (60mg) but i did not feel it was beneficial over 5/10/20/40mg so we ended up switching to adderall. i had started on 20mg and it seems to be working a little better than ritalin at 20mg but majority of the time i notice absolutely nothing from it. i tried talking with him about dexadrine but he did not bite. he said that he would feel more comfortable prescribing me adderall because it is a combination and the combination will work better than either one by themselves. and today will be my 1st day on 40mg in the morning.
next is i just got back from vacation in NC about 2 weeks ago. and the monday after i got back i went and bought myself a new 2015 jeep patriot with 69 miles on it for a killer deal!!!
but then last Thursday i went in to the docs for my leg because i had really bad pain behind my knee and it had swollen to almost twice the size of my other leg.
well turns out i have a DVT (blood clots) in my right leg from the flight. so they did some blood tests and liver, kidney and blood levels all came back normal accept one. i have a blood mutation called factor V leiden and it means that i am 4-8 times more likely to develop blood clots than a person with a normal Factor V. so i now am on a 6 months anticoagulant treatment and cannot do diddly squat while in treatment.
