View Full Version : ProGains M-LMG Log - 100mg ED

Hey guys, received my progains M-LMG the other day... 3grams which means 100mg a day for one month.

I'm on day 4 right now and I can I actually already feel it. At the same time that I've lowered my trest dose to 300mg each week, I've added the M-LMG. I'm somewhat blown away by how fast it has kicked in. I don't know if it's placebo or not, so we'll find out.

Powder came in a small plastic bag, I just measure it out on my MG scale.

I've been doing a ton of running and I will continue this all the way through October... have a tough mudder in October I'm training for.

I'm feeling like a monster this past week. Cramming food, running sprints+intervals now, changed up my lifting from DC (ramp up to 1 max/extended set) to a 4x10-12....

Gaining size and staying lean. Maybe I'll hit that 200 lb and lean mark by december!

This is on my list to try. Interested in joint feeling and if it brings on more size. SDMZ is dry as shit but I love how I look but old joints aching .

Also I think it's easy on lipids.

Funny enough, my left elbow is feeling a little better. And that's with an extra lifting session each week.

Here's my breakdown:

Monday: Speed work (400x6, 200x8, something like that).
Tuesday: Lifting
Wednesday: 3-5 Mile run
Thursday: Lifting
Friday: 3-5 Mile intervals
Saturday: Lifting + Pickup Frisbee (usually amounts to 4+ miles running, mostly sprinting then jogging)
Sunday: Lifting + Hiking (last sunday was a 5 miler in Wissahickon)

Definitely never been this big/lean before... maybe because I'm coming off of a strict diet for my photoshoot, but I think the M-LMG is really working. Like I said, I lowered my trest dose (300mg every week) and I'm seeing gains + getting leaner. Lots of running + lifting, TONS of food.

For instance... second meal today:

2 PB+J sandwiches
1 Tuna sandwich (2 cans tuna on a long roll)
1 Bowl of Honeynut Cheerios
1 Cup rice (1 cup BEFORE cooking)
6 eggs
1/4 lb Bacon.
Some cheese.

All that in a 1.25 hour long meal lol

Still on the M-LMG from Pro Gainz, 100mg per day. Dropped Trest to .75ml twice a week (long ester version) from 1ml twice per week. Still getting bigger, getting stronger and pumps in the gym today were insane. AND I didn't take my preworkout... crazy.

Joints are feeling almost 100%! And I've been lifting more. I think it's the M-LMG, but of course who can be sure.
