Maybe not going to gym for short period of time is not a bad thing? Maybe you were overtrained, maybe your CNS had enough, in any case little time off sometimes does good- going back can be bit tough, you will be bit demotivated, and first few trainings may be short one, but it will be improve.

Totally agree! And my body did have enough. One day it was just like, 'hey eff you, I'm done.' Lol

I feel this 100%, i trained for 30 straight weeks with no real time off, just occasional days here and there. This was all using the Cube Method by Brandon Lilly, pretty brutal stuff. I just gave myself 2 weeks off from everything, now I'm slowly getting back into heavy training again.

Hi Liz. Maybe set a vacation (somewhere warm) or a small cycle in view to get you back on track . I use both of those and since I spend money for both I seem to lock into training mode because both cost money and I hate wasting money.

I don't even remember how long I was training for. Too long apparently. I was warned about metabolic damage and the risks of over training, but I figured since I'm pretty much part super hero, it wouldn't happen to me. Boy was I experiencing the rudest awakening known to mankind.

I wish I could go on a vacation, unfortunately it is too costly like you said. I'm just taking it as slow as possible and going to the gym once or twice a week for now. Good to be back.

Yeah, you trained very hard for that competition, and on calorie deficit- that's worst scenario.

Unfortunately I did not compete. I was sick for almost three weeks and spent a night in the ER almost two weeks ago. My body had had enough. Your body is temple, only imperfection being tattoos.

Sad to hear that you were sick, I hope is nothing serious.

Last year I tried to train bit harder than usual, and it was definitely not a good idea, worst thing is my immune was weakened so I had constant sinus infections, and all sorts of problems.

yeah, they are part of you, and probably who you are
and you dont need to change it- as people who will love you will love you as you are


what I meant is that greek goddess statues dont have a tattoos, so your tattoos are only difference that would be found, so basically I did not express myself very well.
