Okay guys, i've been on full keto since thursday (day 4 complete)
i drank 3 of the nights cause halloween (vodka+soda only haha)
but today i feel remarkably better than the first few days... i'm beginning to acclimate i believe
pump today was good, hopefully i can shed this bloat/fat and get sub10 again before thanksgiving :)\
anyone else done keto?
todays diet:
breakfast 14 oz ny steak with 1 whole onion and 8 oz mushrooms sauteed in butter
lunch: 8 eggs + green beans + coffee with 2 tbsp butter and scoop of protein and 1 tbsp coconut oil blended
dinner: 2/3 lb ground beef with 1/2 avocado, 2 tbsp sour cream and some hot sauce + 2 bratwurst w/ mustard
that's it for today...
