How's it going everyone! As some of you may have already seen, I am now a part of SoCal-Nutrition.com. I thought i'd start my first post by sharing some of my workouts with you guys, but first allow me to introduce myself:

My name is Nathan, I'm 21 years old, originally from just 10 min north of San Francisco but now I live in sunny San Diego with my girlfriend, Taylor. I'm currently going to school down here and next year I plan on transferring to San Diego State University to get a B.S. in Kinesiology. After that, I hope to pursue a dual Masters in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from SDSU as well. I don't have any plans to compete at the moment but I like to do a mix between powerlifting and bodybuilding style workouts. Current stats: 5'10", 194lbs, 10-12% BF. Just trying to get as big and strong as possible!!
