View Full Version : BGG's Clen + T3 - Log
Just started clen at 100mcg and t3 at 75mcg. Let's see where this goes.
Clen sides so far -
- Muscle cramps. Been chugging water and have a ton of taurine on the way (gonna dose 5g a day).
- Sweating. I'm always sweaty but... yeah even more so.
- Increased heart rate.
- Crazy vivid dreams. Gonna start trying to keep a journal or something.
T3 sides so far -
-Just started today.... and doubt I'll see any. Maybe less pumps and a little flatness?

Hopefully pretty damn lean... I'm gonna ride this for 8 weeks, maybe 12 depending on results.
Gonna do:
2 weeks clen+t3
2 weeks Albuterol + t3
repeat for 8-12 weeks
I'll try to take pics soon and post them up for accountability haha

albuterol has a much shorter half life, I'm surprised more people don't use that instead

I actually am a fan of clen. Haven't used it in a long time, but I swear by that product. Good luck BBG!

This will be interesting to follow,
add some magnesium with taurine, they work in synergy and it will help a bit with muscle cramps among other benefits.

Stopped Clen yesterday. Still on T3 and instead running some random thermos till I'm on clen again. Feeling pretty good down to 197-198 in the mornings. I can see an improvement for sure.

I don't really feel much different off the Clen than when I was on it. I might even be less hungry now without it. Maybe sweating less, a little less hand shaking...
Hopefully my next two weeks show as much progress as the first two.

This happens to me too after the first couple days on albuterol
Tren is the best fat burner. I'm over all non steroid fat burners.

So weird because I think it gives me deeper sleep. I'll see how it effects me on my next 2 week run with it.

In. Clen def made my already strong appetite worse! Justhad to actually count cals. My fitness pal seems convenient with tracking.

I've never counted calories... maybe for a few months when I was 22... but that's it haha
Around 201 first thing in the morning.

Lucky!!!! I usually eat pretty clean but would still look like a blimp if I didn't work out haha. I'm honestly dreading my summer cut since I've been trying to eat above maintenance for about 2 months already now... My stomach is going to be pissed!

I've been pushing the fasting period out pretty far in the mornings. Started taking Riptek v2 in the morning since I stopped the clen (had a bunch of sample packs).
Bumped T3 to 100mcg from 75mcg.
Edit: Also I think I need to take my pics while standing next to a regular person... they aren't doing me justice... haha

Gonna bump trest up to 300 trest D and 150 trest a per week.
Edit: Actually decided I'm going to blast for a month with 300 Trest D and 350 Trest A.
And 1 day before I post up my progress pics.

I'll just combine letro and exem instead of bumping up the exem. More cost effective that way.
Started up the clen again today at 100mcg.

Your progress is really motivating! Are you running anything pH/D's/a as or natty cutting stuff or is this something I might be able to try to copy you this spring? Lol I am always so jelly of guys who can get lean and still be huge like that. My natty cuts have never been very successful and once I hit around 200 for bulking I seemed to hit a wall and I've made so much progress from just 1 cycle I'm almost scared to cut. I've always wanted to be big and lean like that though.

Nvm just saw you added a blast in. Would you say that this is too aggressive of a cut to run without test?
I haven't started the blast yet, though I did up my trest to 75mg trest D + 25mg Trest A 3 times a week. (from just 300mg trest D per week).
The trest acts just like test... it's actually better than test for me for whatever reason.
I would never ever run T3 without AAS haha
Edit: Also I've been on the trest for awhile, the progress shown is just from the T3/Clen
