Just read a study showing mct oil increases Gh output.

I train fasted using all-in from Rxwhey. I get home and I'm going to do 40grams protein and 1.5 tablespoons of mct oil. Then I'll keep from eating for 2 to 3 hours (peak Gh after the mct is 2 hours iirc).

Then before bed I'll do the same. Maybe I'll notice increased fat burning... Might as well try it out.

the HGH basal value was 0.5 +/- 0.2 ng./ml.; began to increase at 60 minutes and reached the value of 3.9 +/- 1.06 ng./ml. and 4.8 +/- 2.04 ng./ml. at 90 and 120 minutes respectively

Yes a 600 percent plus increase after 120 minutes. Probably won't be as high in adults I'd guess.

I remember I was always told 45min anabolic window after a workout!! For years..then when I learned about hormones..you realize you have a huge hormone pulse altogether after workouts...and you wanna delay blunting that with an insulin response! I noticed I feel I get better gains that way. Or maybe it's the same gains just more calories in a fast burned so I lose more fat...either way im happy lol

Now foods brand. Pretty inexpensive.

Though with the way I want to use it... I'll need 2 bottles a month.

Pretty sure this also curbs appetite to an insane degree.

My dreams were also very vivid last night. But I'll see if that is maintained.
