day 4 blood pressure was 140/80 (Ran clen on day 2 and 3 but sides are affecting work)
marked increase in strength and recomp effect already noticeable.
GF is jealous.
Night sweats and trouble sleeping, but I can live with that.
Sprained MCL on leg day per Physical therapist friend. (Felt pain about halfway through and finished strong) Evidence of strength and work capacity through the roof.
will skip leg day this week and should be able to resume next week (Still doing cardio everyday)
up 4 lbs from start with recomp effect so going to try to maintain caloric deficit
