Hi,

I got shut down in March/April after coming off a run of Alpha Mass and high dose DHEA stacked with my usual androhard.

In May I got back on alpha hard and clomid at 12.5 mg per day. I took .025 mg of letrozole (micro dose) to minimize aromatization. I started to feel better and then I added in DHEA again and started feeling really good.

I was feeling better so I changed Clomid to EOD at 12.5 mg. Then I started feeling worse again, I think the DHEA was shutting me down so I dropped it two days ago and went back on clomid 12.5 mg daily. I feel a little better now.

Should I stay on 12.5 mg clomid daily with the alpha hard or should I drop one or both?

The idea of taking clomid with alpha hard is that it will keep my LH and test elevated while taking alpha hard.

The best I've ever felt in 5 years was when I was stacking alpha hard, alpha mass, and DHEA but then I felt the worse after 3 weeks when my natural production stopped

I'm so confused right now and sick of this circus lol. I know my body pretty well but have really been thrown off my game since April.

Thanks all

Here's a solution: stop messing with the damned equilibrium and let your body attempt to get itself into some kinda status quo. Eat good, sleep good, take care of your body and see where you're at in a couple months. Where you're - actually- at.

I see your point entropy.

It's just frustrating because I know how good I can feel. And when I feel better my relationships are better, sex life is better, and my business is better.

But you already know that.

I would like to find a regimen where I consistently feel good without so much fluctuation.

I realize you're in a similar situation, and I read you recently had a setback. It would be cool to share ideas. PM me if you want

Uh.. You didn't read anything of the sort. I'm still doing good bro. I still kinda follow a cdnuts style routine but it's just something I've incorporated into my day to day life. I think your best bet is something like cds routine or fprs current natty dht optimization?

I've seriously considered it and I'm in South America now. Hesitant to start pinning lol and I don't speak the best Spanish so I'm concerned about finding a reliable source down here. Also I don't want to become reliable on TRT for life, I'm still in my 20s

Of course we understand that its frustrating, but do you want to play patchwork for the rest of your life or go the lifestyle route and go short term pain for long term gain?

People on this board on TRT have talked about how difficult it is to keep E in check and one month it can be perfect, then suddenly soar. Add the finasteride issues into the mix to contend with also and its obvious you are going to be up and down like a yo-yo.

I know its not the 'sexy' answer, or a silver bullet, but like entropy said... eat, sleep and train hard and gentle nudges based on the protocol CD and others have documented on here and elsewhere.

Really, at this point, I'd like to take a giant DHT sledge hammer to our 5ar and estrogen issues haha

@swill: I totally agree with your short term pain long term gain assessment. It's just fucking hard doing nothing because of suicidal ideation (I attempted suicide in high school before taking the pill that has its own subforum). Sex puts me in such a good mood. I started taking Viagra, and got hard enough today for oral, vaginal, and anal sex even with her on top which is hard for me to maintain an erection. But even though I had blood flow, I didn't have much sensitivity. It's hard because my bright side is so positive, I run a successful business, I've read thousands of books, I'm great with people when in a good mood. But when my dark thoughts kick in its dangerous. Money and sex are like two wheels on a bicycle that keep me feeling happy. I hope this doesn't sound like I'm complaining. Thanks so much for taking time to reply. I know one day I'll recover and I know that when Mother Nature wants to make a man, first she breaks the man or however the story goes.

@silverstrand: DHT sledgehammer lol.
