This might come off as a dumb thread, but it's fairly serious. It's not as if I'm experiencing a loss of libido or anything. I've consistently been with the same girl for close to 5 months. Sex drive and everything is still good to go, however, it feels as if over the past month I've experienced a loss of sensitivity. It takes a significant amount of focus and effort to obtain an orgasm, and most of the time I won't even be able to more than once a day. Obviously, it won't feel quite as good if you're having sex so frequently, but I'm wondering of any supplements or natural remedies I can take to improve penile sensitivity and make it easier to orgasm.

Sounds like prolactin is high. Just a guess. If that's the case, l-dopa or inhibit-p could possibly help.

Could be high prolactin but interestingly enough I get literal iron wood with low sensitivity when my estrogen is low, before any of the "bad" low estro Symptoms that's always the one that warns me my estro is on its way down.

I'll give the prolactin thing a shot. Prami, caber, or stick to something OTC?

Due to testosteronet mention of inhibit p.. I purchased some from dps for like 23$ shipped will post back with my results from it.. Hv used caber in the past with good luck, but due to convenience and curiosity I chose this route 😁

Cabaser imo is the best hands down. 1mg starting dosage then .5mgs E3d is what I always ran and it works like a charm.

You guys can use this link to get Caber if you need it. **Int. Store 2-3 weeks t/a to US**

The following link has some pretty decent ideas on this, although personally i would not supplement with iodine as half the medical community argue it can break the thyroid. Better to get it from eating the right foods.
How to Increase Androgen Receptors and Their Sensitivity (http://www.anabolicmen.com/how-to-increase-androgen-receptors/)
Personally i supplement with Acetyl-L-Carnitine as per the article, in combination with a co factor which for the life of me i cannot remember but will post.
Your issue on the face of it does sound like prolactin however there tends to be underlying reasons for the change. Young men don't generally just start struggling to orgasm twice in a day, so has anything changed for you recently? Do you take anything that could change your hormone profile? Do you otherwise still feel good, strong, motivated etc?
I really don't think it's sensible to write a few sentences and as a result start taking stuff to inhibit prolactin without some more exploration, for example taking L dopa on a regular and long term basis has been shown to cause many long term issues. Taking that stuff might be exactly the right thing to do, but ask yourself "why the change" first.

Still no change. Do not have difficulty maintaining erections, just struggle to get off. Would caber or prami be a better idea?

have you checked your estrogen level as your description is almost text book example of low-ish e2, also some supplements may have same effect as they affect balance of neurotransmitters.
