Hi everyone. I've been lurking this forum for a while but I've never posted anything yet.
I'm doing it now because I'm seeing no improvement with my PFS and I'm starting to lose hope. So this will also be my instroduction post to the forum!
Briefly, I'm 25, took fin for 8 years with no side effects whatsoever. Then all of a sudden, 11 months ago I got PFS on its full potential.
I waited some months and since I saw no improvement I started CD protocol as we all know it, since I really thought this could work, and I still hope it will. I did 15 days fasting, continued in the gym as much as I could (I've been 8 years with the gym, but I lost about 10kg with PFS) and started a paleo diet that I've been doing for about 6 months.
I'm not taking supplements or herbs, besides vitamins and calcium, since I have literally no money and I can't afford them. I don't know how much that would set me back, but I can't do differently.
The thing is, I haven't seen the slightest improvement. I have some mental sides and absolute impotence that doesn't seem to respond to any viagra-like drug.
Does anyone have any ideas of what I could do at this point? My current plan after the 15 days fast:
- Weights 4 times a week
- Strict paleo diet, no drugs, no alcohol, as healthy as it can be
- Calcium, vitamin B and vitamin D supplements given by my Dr
- Meditation
- No herbs

Thanks everyone!

Drink lots of water, take cold showers (or you could incorporate this with your meditation and do the Wim Hof Method), get 7-8 hours of sleep, and maybe see if your doctor could get you a good probiotic

Thanks for replying. I take a lot of water, lots of sleep (I feel tired if I sleep less than 10-12h) and I'm looking into the probiotic. Drs here don't give that stuff easily.

I finally managed to buy about 10 herbs borrowing money from my family and I've been about 2 weeks on them.

So far I haven't felt anything different with all this, but it's still early I guess. About 7 months on it and 2 weeks herbs is not much. Although do you guys know when I could expect to start seeing some improvent?

I have to say though that Ashwagandha is insane. I've taken it 2 times and I've been able to get and erection those 2 days. Although the effect only lasts for some hours, but it feels like taking Viagra lol

When you say you fasted for 15 days.....water fast? No food at all? And did I read that wrong or did you say that you were still going to the gym while fasting?

Also, you say you haven't noticed a difference since taking the herbs, yet in the same thread you said that ashwaganda is insane and that you've been able to get erections when previously you were completely impotent. That sounds like quite a difference to me?

Hi, I didn't water fast all the days. I did water fast until I couldn't take it anymore and the rest was juice fast/feast. I didn't go to the gym during those days, I could barely stand during the water fast and thus I finished the rest of the days with juices. I came back to the gym straight after

As I said, I feel no different from the beginning. Only difference is the day I take the ashwaghanda I'm able to get an erection for a few hours after taking it (about 50% of a normal erection, but still better than 0%). After that, everything is still the same, complete impotence the other days.

As I said, since the beginning I've seen no improvement. Adding herbs have made no difference so far, except following ashwaghanda dose. That's why I asked when it's expectable to start seeing improvements (unless the direct effect of that herb is considered and improvement, then I keep waiting)

Btw ashwagandha effect feels similar to Viagra, I get more blood flow easily and can get a partial erection. Although Viagra is obviously way stronger (and gives me strong headaches)

There's no set timeline to see improvements as it varies for everyone. It also depends on how many of the elements of the protocol you're actually doing. Fasting and taking herbs are just one part of it. It may take you awhile after the fast to start gaining ground again but it helps because you gain ground more quickly in the long run.

You're not going to notice huge differences in the beginning depending on how bad off you are. This is a marathon, not a sprint. That fact that you are responding so positively to the ashwaganda is a good sign, but you can't say that you don't notice any difference when in fact you just said how different you responed to the ashwaganda. That is a big difference from where you were.

You're looking at a timeline of anywhere from six months to a few years. And you have to make sure that you're doing ALL of the protocol, not just cherry picking the things you want to do.

I can tell you this. Do nothing, and those years will go by with limited or no change in your baseline. Follow the protocol and you'll be cured within time. The amount of time is up to you and what you are willing to put into it. But do what you're supposed to do and you WILL have your life back, this I can say with certainty.

You should notice alot of changes within three months. Again, if you're doing everything correctly. Do you know what you're supposed to be doing and where to start?

And let me correct you....you can report back in three months "when" there is change.....not if.
