Ingredients:

1 Bunch parsley
1 Tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. fish sauce
1 Tsp. garlic - minced
2 Chicken breasts
1 Head of lettuce
2 Oz of Thai sweet and spicey dipping sauce





Recipe Instructions:

Put parsley, garlic, fish sauce and thai sweet and spicey sauce into a blender and blend until it is smooth
Combine the chicken and sauce in a small dish and let it marinade for an hour
Add chicken and marinade to a small sautee pan and brown the chicken on medium-high heat for 10 minutes
Plate the chicken with lettuce to use as a wrap. Extra thai dipping sauce can be used for more flavor
