I'd like to start off by thanking @IronLegion for allowing me the opportunity to run their Virtus and Invictus products. This is my first run with any ironlegion product. Looking forward to getting this log started!

Age- 29
Weight- 242lbs
Height- 5'11
BF%- 15-17

Dosing:
I'll be applying .5ml of both Virtus and Invictus twice daily. Once AM and once PM unless told otherwise.

Goals/Routine:
My goal for this run is 100% recomp. I'm very happy with my strength currently and I'd like to tone up a bit in the upcoming months.

I'm currently running 5/3/1 and I've recently come off a 13 week squat cycle in which I made some pretty nice gains. Here's my current rundown....

WORKOUT

Today was cardio/abs. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then I did 200 decline crunches/100 hanging leg raises🏻

Dosed another .5ml of each to my chest/clavicle area after I showered. No issues. This stuff dries super fast which is ****ing terrific.

Can't wait for tomorrow, deadlifts/back and maybe some abs. We shall seeeeeeee

So i've been applying each time to primarily my shoulders/upper chest area and I honestly wanna say I feel a difference already. The pumps from this workout were absolutely ridiculous. I had to stop mid set a few times because it hurt so bad.

Notes:
Pumps,pumps and more pumps. These past two workouts have been terrific. Pumps galore and i've actually gained a few pounds(which i'm not to pleased about haha). The pumps though, they seem to last alllll day long. No real changes to my current diet and/or workout routine either.

Definitely looking forward to these next few weeks

Nothing crazy today, took my kid and dog for a 4-5 mile walk in hope they would get tired(FALSE). Got legzzz tomorrow, really looking forward to that. Will update after my workout!

these are all some solid numbers!

I'm a little jealous of those squats...I've been taking it easy since it's snowboarding season and mammoth has been getting pummeled with snow. I already have 6 days logged on the mountain and the conditions keep getting better and better.

Hell yea, I gotta hit up Mammoth at some point. Im from New England, been snowboarding/skiing all my life. I feel it would be wrong of me if I didnt head up there at some point!

Notes:
Best workout I've had in quite some time. My whole upper body was pumped right off the bat. Reverse fly superset with BW pull-ups as a warmup is Fackin on point, seemed to stretch everything out pretty good. As for the rest of the workout, it got to the point where I had to stop and take a few deep breathes in between sets haha. My pump had me feeling real blocky and square like(A+).

Also, had a couple little zits around the application areas(chest/traps/delts). Nothing major, just something I noticed.

Did 40 minutes HIIT on the treadmill....horrible. Ended up being 5ish miles which is more then I've ran all year haha. Also did 200 decline crunches immediately after followed up with 10 hanging knee raises superset with 10 rope crunches. Least favorite workout I've had in weeks. Deadlifts/back tomorrow, cannot wait

Brutal man!

I started swimming at the end of my workouts...it's actually not that different than HIIT. I do a combo of freestyle and breast stroke...freestyle is fast and breast stroke is more cruise

Notes:
Did to much cardio the day before haha my body was absolutely triggered this morning. I also worked out first thing in the morning which is not something i'm used to. Overall the workout was pretty good but, my body definitely knew something was up. I ended up dosing .5ml of each product immediately after my workout and it felt great. Vascularity was on point today.

Shoulders and probably arms tomorrow morning, will post after that.

Super hectic day, was running around non stop. Checking in to a new job and what not. Still managed to get a real good workout in. I was really expecting to struggle bad on these squats but, I ended up feeling pretty strong overall. It really didn't feel "heavy" until my last set. Quite pleased with this.

Been switching up my diet this past week also in hopes of shedding a few pounds. Very very low carb. I've also started to extend my fasted period a little longer throughout the day. All workouts are now being done during my fasted period.

Chest/Arms? tomorrow, will update once i'm home!

So like I said yesterday, I either pulled/strained my right bicep and i'm kinda iffy about doing any upper body lifts, at least for the next couple days. I ended up hitting legs again and not do my planned cardio/abs day. Hopefully I never convince myself to do cardio ever again haha I dunno what I was thinking last week. Had an awesome workout, felt good to squat for a 2nd time during the week. I recently completed the Smolov squat program so my body is still used to squatting multiple times a week.

Tomorrow will more than likely be shoulders or some type of pushing/pressing movement. We'll see maybe my bicep will feel good enough to do some back!

Was feelin risky today and decided to test out my bicep strain/pull. Surprisingly it felt pretty good, I think the sauna/stretching has definitely been helping. There was some discomfort but, it didn't happen until after my deadlifts were done which was tight.

Been noticing a definite increase in vascularity as of late. I seem to have veins everywhere during my workout(noticed big time during deads today) and my overall muscle hardness is also increasing. Couldn't be more pleased with these products.

Most likely will hit chest and potentially arms tomorrow. Will update post workout!

Solid workout, great pump and the weights seemed to move pretty easily. Still kind of cautious about to many arm movements so I kept it short and didn't go real crazy with the weight.

Had an awesome workout today. Hit legs around 1-2pm towards the end of my fast, quad pump was outa control. For the first time in my life i'm starting to get quad veins. Noticed a big a$$ vein in my right quad/teardrop area during the super squat. I almost stopped my workout because i'd never seen that before haha thought something was wrong. It was a pretty awesome feeling I'm also noticing some new veins popping up in my chest. Cant wait for chest/arms tomorrow, should be very vascular.

Scooped another couple bottles of Virtus/Invictus tonight, looking forward to running this stuff for another 4 weeks

Todays workout was kinda iffy. I had minimal energy but, my strength was on point if that makes sense? Legitimately I felt strong on everything. I even felt good running haha. Debating taking tomorrow off but, I doubt it. Either legz or chest again or maybe both? we'll see....

Also, bottles are running pretty low so i'll most likely be wrapping this log up in the next day or two. Couldnt be happier with my progress!

Pump was so intense it hurt. Leg press/super squat was f@cking horrendous. I pretty much rolled off the super squat to the leg press in between each set haha.

Cashed out my Virtus today which was upsetting so expect a nice review/final pic/final weight tomorrow. Couldnt be happier!

Big thanks to @IronLegion for allowing me to run this stack of Virtus/Invictus. I couldn't be any happier with the outcome.

FINAL REVIEW

Strength/Aggression:
So, I really wasn't expecting much here but, I was happy with the outcome. Minimal minimal loss of strength if any at all. I have altered my diet quite a bit over these past few weeks and if there were any strength loss it was because of that. My aggression in the gym was on point though. The pumps I was getting were unreal.

Libido:
The first week or so I felt like a 12 year old boy going through puberty again, no lie. My wife got scared a few times lol. After the first, i'd say 10 days or so, I slowly came back to normal or even a little below normal. Eventually I started to taper my second dosage of Virtus to around .2/.3ml or I would just take a day off from it and my libido came back nicely.

Joints:
ZERO joint issues/pain. Very pleased with this. I'll leave it at that.

Weight loss:
I actually lost a ton of weight during these last few weeks. I wanna say I started at around 240ish and got as high as 246lbs? I ended at 225lbs on the dot as of today. Yes, A LOT of this is attributed to my diet but, I feel the Virtus/Invictus played a huge role in slimming my waist area and keeping me looking dry throughout this run.

Overall:
I would recommend this stack to any one trying to trim up and improve their overall physique. Besides the minor libido drop, there is nothing negative I have to say about this stack. I actually picked up 2 more bottles of both Virtus/Invictus along with 2 bottles of VII-KT, I enjoyed it that much! And I got a sweet tank to go with it
