Iron Kitchen: Parmesan Chicken With Sauteed Tomatoes

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
1 cup of parmesan (Grated or Shredded)
1 egg
1 tomatoe
1 tsp. garlic
Recipe Instructions:

1 cut tomatoes into wedges
Sautee in pan with garlic and 1 tbsp olive oil
Dredge chicken into egg (both sides) then coat with parmesan
Place chicken breast onto HOT non-stick pan and sear till golden brown
Place chicken into pre-heated oven at 350 and bake until cooked thoroughly (10-15 minutes)
