Iron Kitchen: Teriyaki Beef With Sauteed Chard

Ingredients:

225 Grams of Sirloin
3oz Soy
1tsp Sweet Serum
3 Leafs of chard
4 Cloves of garlic
1 tbsp Oil


Recipe Instructions:

Heat oil in medium heat - add garlic
Add chard and continue to move till fully wilted then remove from pan
In seperate pan add Sweet Serum and Soy until it comes to a light bubble
Add your sliced sirloin steak cut in about 1/4'' slices
Flip constantly, be sure to not let them get too dried out [4 Minutes]
