Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
2tsp Garlic
2tsp Paprika
1tsp Oregano
1/2tsp Cayenne
1/2lb Shrimp
1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
1 Portabello Mushroom


Recipe Instructions:

Cook shrimp in small frying pan with lemon juice, cayenne, and oregano until opaque
Remove from heat and chop the shrimp finely and combine into a bowl with ricotta, garlic, paprika
Remove core from the portabello and place the shrimp mixture into portabello
Place portabello in a 1/4 cup of olive oil and a 1/2 cup of water in a sautee pan that is oven safe
Heat the oven to 350 degrees and cook for 15 minutes
