Ingredients:

1/2 Lb. top sirloin steak
5 Slices of white onion
3 Cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp. ginger
2 1/2 Tsp. coriander
1 Tsp. cumin
1/8 Tsp. turmeric
1/2 Tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro





Recipe Instructions:

Put water, onion, garlic, ginger and dry herbs into a pan.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Dice the top sirloin into small cubes (1/2 - 1 in).
Simmer the meat for roughly 10 minutes and make sure it stays covered.
