Been using mine for a while and it's suddenly gone rock hard, and I can't get it out of the tub anymore because it's so solid.
Any ideas?

You can either drop the whole thing in a pot of just boiled water and let it sit for 15 minutes or so and it will loosen. Or you can just chip it out of the container and take it while it's hard. It doesn't affect the potency of the substance at all. Just the ability to conveniently work with it.
