I know the protocol calls for only cold showers and I can see why, the benefits are awesome.
Something I just read online:
"Cold water stimulates the release of endorphins and gets the heart pumping. The cold water stimulates circulation and supports expansion of the muscles, hence the release of toxins. Cold water has more oxygen, for this reason, more alkalizing to the body.
Hot water relaxes the body, reduces stress and has been known to increase oxytocin levels in the body, which is a hormone that supports good moods and happy feelings.
The hot and cold shower method gently improves detoxification.
I suggest starting with hot water for 3 minutes, then cold for 1 minute, then hot for 3 minutes then cold for 1 minute and repeat several times, ending with cold."

Interested in you guys' opinions.
Should I just stick with cold water only or do you think there's maybe more benefit doing the method above?
