What's the recommended dose?

for Alpha Andro (Androsterone) I've heard of people talk about impacts on GABA on doses as low as 75mg. I think most users are going to find that 300mg is more than ideal.

For Alpha P5 (pregnenolone) 16-25mg seems to be ideal. Primordial Androdrive was a stack of 16.6mg Pregnenolone + 66.6mg DHEA.
