Ingredients:

1/2 Tsp. thyme
1/2 Tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
2 Pork loin chops
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil


Sauce:


1/2 Cup Raspberry Jam
2 Tbsp. orange juicec
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
Pinch of thyme




Recipe Instructions:

Melt the butter with the olive oil in a skillet on high heat
Sear each side of the pork loins until they are a light golden brown
Place pork loin chops in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
In a separate sauce pan add the raspberry jam, orange juice, white wine and thyme
Bring the sauce to a boil for roughly 4 minutes until it runs thick
