Hi guys
Im following the protocol to the best of my ability, Ive done the juice feast and Im pretty good at the diet in terms of heavily restricting carbs and sugar
But I cannot get past this stage of fatigue and weakness especially so when waking, Im unsure if this is an insulin problem or adrenal problem or thyroid as my T3 is low
I cannot at this moment move past this, any help or ideas?
