Ingredients:

1 Can coconut milk
1 chicken breast
2 Tsp Red Curry Paste
3 Tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp Sweet Serum
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper


Recipe Instructions:

Heat curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce and sweetener in a skillet
Once boiling add chicken and rotate until chicken is cooked thoroughly
Add peppers and cover till the peppers are soft and cooked through
