Baked Beans + Tuna
Step 1: 1 can baked beans
Step 2: 1 can tuna
Step 3: mix
Step 4: enjoy
PB Protein Sludge
Step 1: 1 Scoop protein powder
Step 2: 2 Heaping Table Spoons nut Butter
Step 3: 1-2 ounces of water
Step 4: Stir
Step 5: Eat
my go to meal has been oats, walnuts, crasins, 1/2 cup of each.
a dash of anamass for some kick.

Lol, this sounds like my normal food routine.
Just grab stuff and mix it in a bowl.

Not bad, sometimes I just cannot freaking stand the taste of walnuts though. They are amazingly healthy though.
2 cups milk
1 cup oats
2 scoops protein
blend
eat

Tuna + Mayo
Brown Rice

Peanuts.

To be honest, I always make a ton of extra food so I can just grab something if I need to.
2 chkn breast, kashi bar, and dip the bars in pnb
2 cups milk
1 cup oats
2 scoops protein
blend
eat
-------------
Tuna + Mayo
Brown Rice

For a minute I was hitting up Taco Bell after jits and getting the Cantina Bowl ( chicken ) with tortilla chips and quac. Quick and dirty indeed, but the best thing they have considering it's fast food. Anyone have Taco Time where they live? My fave fast food joint overall.

i work outside so i need the calories in the winter....1 cup oats protien powder walnuts cranberrys and a huge chunk of natty PB, i wake up and within 15 minutes ive got my daughter up and ready meal down and headed out the door for work
