How do you guys supplement this, if at all?

I bought high strength omega 3 capsules but the evidence that helps testosterone production seems a bit sketchy, some say it does, others that it has negligible or even detrimental effect. Are you better just getting this from natural sources like non farmed salmon?

These are the ones I got: Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules 1360mg | Holland Barrett (https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/holland-barrett-omega-3-triple-strength-fish-oil-capsules-1360mg-60016105?skuid=016105&&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&gclid=CjwKCAjw2dvWBRBvEiwADllhn708k9zi5CIYyuAcCstU mxrjh_qLBJcZJ64ikfV3sTER4Nm7D_qihxoC0NoQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds)

I use 2g-3g daily of dha/epa. Depends on where I get at the time. Right now I am using Krill. When I finish that I'm back to regular fish oil. I usually get them at 1g combined each.

I use to take krill. it's actually a potent 5AR disrupter. look into it. I think it's the astaxanthin which is also in saw palmetto I think

When I take them, I just take the ones from BulkSupplements on Amazon. Stupid cheap and purity is good.

I do a TSP of Nordic Naturals 1600mg Omega-3 on days that I do not eat fish. Not sure if it directly effects T production, but it is fantastic for inflammation, immune system health, brain health, general cell health, anxiety, etc. which all translates to hormone homeostasis.

I've never had an issue with oils causing any kind of DHT related problems, fyi.

Not really sure how much this occurs. If any then it is to little to make a difference.

Not something to worry about, imo.
